  Stayed Feb 9-29. The community is beautiful! We used the gym, both heated pools and ran through the many streets of the property without ever having to go outside the gates. Felt very secure. Unit 752 is right on the beach and the ocean sounds are so soothing on good days. Unfortunately, we had a week of bad weather and were told how unusually cold it was for February. Wore mostly winter clothes. There is a natural reef of coquina rocks right in the breakers that prevent entering the ocean in front of the building. Know that it’s not suitable for children. The furniture in the unit has been upgraded since this picture and was very comfortable. It was spacious and perfectly clean. Kitchen well stocked except for foil, Saran Wrap. The non stick fry pans are unusable because they are heavily scratched, except for a very small one. All other cooking utensils fine. The master bed frame, as in previous reviews is quite noisy, but the mattress was comfortable. All linens were clean and looked new. We explored the towns of Palm Coast, Flagler and St Augustine and had great food and experiences. There is a $3 fee to cross the bridge getting to the property but you can stop in the office and purchase a pass, which makes it only $.50 each time to cross. We also saw two rockets launch from the balcony, but one can go to Cape Canaveral for a better look. We look forward to staying at Cinnamon Beach again!

  We had a wonderful time. Thrilled that the beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were inviting. The living room was problematic. The sofa was so uncomfortable and the two wicker chairs hurt too bad to sit on. The kitchen was well stocked. Since we were there for almost three months, we ate many meals inside. We also had breakfast, lunch, and dinner on nice days on the patio. We watched the dogs playing on the beach. What fun. Yes, I would recommend this condo, other than uncomfortable living room furniture, and we had so much fun here. It looks like the owner made new bedrooms, stocked the linens, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It seems that the owner is concerned about comfort and has made a pretty place to stay. We are going back next year,

  The house was beautiful and clean - exactly as shown in pictures. The waterfront view was gorgeous. We loved having the pool amenities and cafe available to us. They have a family pool with designated toddler play area with sprinklers and small pool. Then they have an adults only quiet pool with the oceanfront view. The rooms were stocked with everything we needed. Only once did we have to call the staff a few times for nothing major, but each time they responded immediately. Best service we’ve gotten at a VRBO by far. Only a few less than satisfactory things to mention: 1) the masted bed was pretty squeaky. Not a deal breaker, but we had our baby in a pack n play next to us and I was afraid to wake him lol. 2) there are huge rocks on the beachfront. Sometimes they’re completely not visible which could totally cause injury, but most of the time you can view them. They’re pretty cool to look at but not ideal for small children. Overall, would recommend this place to every and already have!! Thank you!!

  After our daughter's wedding, my family all came to Cinnamon Beach at our suggestion. We rented four condos in total. Our unit was wonderful, well equipped and beautiful views of the ocean. The community was clean and well kept. The most surprising thing for us was how wonderful the food was at the Grill. The blue cheese and bacon chips are fantastic!   We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo and watching the beautiful sunrise from the oceanfront balcony accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The condo has nice furnishings throughout, but I will mention that the picture of the bed in the room with the Coastal furnishings has been updated. We were expecting a lower bed, but it is now a normal height. We loved the wood look tile floors throughout the main living areas and bedrooms. The amenities at the condo were great, two pools, a game room and a poolside cafe. This condo was well equipped with pots/pans and all the dishes you need. The only issue we had while we stayed there was with the elevator being stuck on a floor below twice. With only one elevator per building, be prepared to take the stairs if this happens. Overall, this condo enabled our family to have an amazing and memorable vacation!!

  Enjoyed our recent stay in unit 800 at Cinnamon Beach Way Resort! The three bedroom unit worked perfectly for our seven guests; four adults and three children. The sunrises on the beach wear breath taking! The unit was super clean and kept us very cool (day temps were reaching 90 degrees plus). Unit was stocked well for our needs. Wireless Internet was great, my husband still had to do some work well on vacation. Close to many great restaurants and attractions; our favorite Marineland and The Turtle Shack. The pool were nice for the grandkids; it was only a couple minutes away from our unit. The splash pool area wasn't finished yet but our grands didn't mind. I would stay again when I'm on this side of the coast of Florida.

  This is our second year in Cinnamon Beach, though we stayed in a different place last year. The location is stunning and the view is spectacular. Nothing like leaving the door open and hear the waves crash. This pace was on the fifth floor with a direct view toward the ocean.
  
  It was quiet other than the footsteps of those in the space above(a problem last year as well). Those above us seemed to have kids that would run and jump now and then which was rather distracting at times. One would think that this would have been considered in a place like this. The tile floors, great for rentals and cleanliness, make it worse. It should be noted that although it bothered us, it did not keep us from coming back though it would be a different story if we were looking to buy.
  
  The place was well furnished overall and tastefully so. The living room furniture and beds were comfortable, important to us when paying this much. The only exception here was that one bedroom had no box spring, only the mattress. I have never seen this before and it was uncomfortable for our oldest son that had to sleep there. When we noted this a few days into our week, we were told it would be looked into, but nothing on this account changed.
  
  The two other small things were only one of five overhead lights working in the kitchen. This was not a big problem as the open design with light elsewhere helped a lot. Still it would have been nice to have had more light. Secondly, the hanging light above the dining table had a lot of excess wire sticking out that looked bad, not a hazard, but certainly not appealing.
  
  Not withstanding the above, all minor other than the bed issue, we would stay here again in a heart beat.

  Excellent condo in an excellent location. Very spacious, airy, comfortable and clean. Never saw any moths (or other critters) as mentioned in earlier review. Furnishings, appliances, etc. look relatively new. Beach is just steps away and is very private. Although the condo buildings look large in the photos, it's actually a very small community. We never saw more than a few families in our beach location at a time. Be sure and bring chairs and a tent or umbrella -- these aren't provided and there is no chair service. If flying in, you can easily pick up some cheap ones at the nearby Walmart or Publix. The heated pools were great -- there's a "quiet" pool with a view of the ocean (kids allowed, but no crazy stuff) and the kids pool area which has a nice sized beach-entry pool, as well as a big splash area + tiny tots pool, which is gated in its own area. Kids 12 and under will love the splash area and slide; tweens and teens will love the kid pool and air conditioned hangout rooms. Both pools have hot tubs which are actually hot! There is onsite food and drink service. The location of the condos is close to plenty of restaurants and groceries. There are bike and boat rentals nearby. We loved our stay and didn't want to leave! Only a couple of minor complaints -- shower heads/water pressure isn't great (but the monster tub is awesome!) and the air conditioning unit is loud (but you get used to it after the first day). I miss waking up to the view of the ocean and the dolphins!

  We drove from IL to Florida and it was a very long and boring drive with the occasional sites and sees but when we arrived in ocean hammock it was beautiful with all of the landscapes and the golf course. We booked through cinnamon beach vacations and our unit #752. The kitchen and the rooms were huge and spacious. My wife loved the bathroom and the tiles. The balcony with the ocean right in front of us was really beautiful we absolutely loved it. We felt secure with the gates and the guard that were there. Cinnamon Beach Vacation Realtor Scott Massey helped me with booking and any questions I had and to say me and my wife found our home away from home. We can't wait to come back. We came here to make up for a disastrous honey moon stay in Cancun Mexico at an all inclusive 5 star resort. Me and my wife generally stay in a Hyatt or Trump 5 star hotels all over the usa and this was like a 6 star vacation. Can't wait to come back.

  The unit was exactly as described and very nice and clean. All appliances worked, the beds and chairs were nice. The view and the sound of the surf were wonderful. We played a lot the the beach, body surfing, volleyball, soccer. It was nice that there was plenty of room to have small games without bothering others. We really enjoyed meals at European Village, and the Palm Coast area as well as several in St. Augustine.
  
  Our only issue was that there were moths that seemed to live in the heating vents in the ceiling. They would fly out of the vents and when we swatted at them they flew back into the vents. We probably killed 2-3 daily. That's a lot of months! May need to check for infestation.

  The rooms were great! We loved the location and access to the beach. The recommendations for places to go and see were very helpful as well. Also the recommendations for the beach rental items was great. Loved the area and the neighborhood. Our one and only complaint would be we never got to use the arcade room due to coming back to resort to late from site seeing and it closing so early. It would have been a little nice entertainment for the kiddos.

  It was fabulous. We loved our condo, the beach, the view, the amenities. The only thing we did not like was the very uncomfortable living room furniture. Need a TV tray, and recliner or hassock.

  The condo was beautiful, clean, and right on the beach. The pool facilities were wonderful, although the spa was closed for repairs. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

  Girls trip - First time to Palm Coast. Loved that the condo was so close to the ocean and nearby the pool. Rental of the unit and check in was very easy. Unit was clean and comfortable - but quickly ran out of bare essentials (paper towel, toilet tissue, clean towels). Found some good nearby restaurants but no much shopping nearby if that's what your looking for. Overall a good experience.

  All around great time. All the staff in booking was wonderful. Led had a 50th birthday celebration at the pool the bar and grill staff and owner Ben was awesome. Can't say enough good words about our experience with our vacation there. Definitely will be planning a return trip soon

  Our stay was great! Accommodations were very nice and well maintained. Could have used a few more rugs on the nice updated wood floors. Kitchen not very stocked but enough to get by with. Incredible view and rental company was great to work with.

  Great place. Great location. Only 1 request for future rental - maybe some beach chairs to take with to the beach. Hard to carry those on an airplane. Otherwise excellent stay. Scott in reservations was awesome!

  Wish we could have played on the onsite golf course. We had to call our Golf Pro to get approval to play on the Harbor Golf course but the fees were over $100.00 just to play. Unrealistic fees.

  The rental was clean, elegant, and had beautiful views of the ocean. I would highly recommend this condominium especially if you have someone that cannot walk very far because the path to the beach is right beside the building and it is just steps away from the ocean.
