  This was a nice place to stay. 3 of the 4 beds were quite comfortable...the other needs to be replaced with a new mattress. Smoke alarms seemed to go off whenever we ran the dryer but that is a fixable issue. The interior is nice but does not have that "beachy" feel with the decor but the appliances and kitchen are excellent. For us, we had the unexpected surprise of the building being painted so there were loud noises and backup alarms going every morning starting at around 8am. Also important to note is that many of the residents here are seniors and are not renting their places so they are a bit wary of unfamiliar faces so we got a few looks from residents. The AC is great and there is a screened-in porch overlooking the pool and the inter coastal waterway. We saw dolphins and hermit crabs every day. There are also walking trails and the European Village is within walking distance as well. Overall, this is a solid rental.

  Nice clean condo in a quiet location. We stayed in July and there weren’t many people around. The canal/river is OK for fishing. We saw dolphins and manatees several times. There is a large covered pavilion and a fishing dock available. The condo will accommodate 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. There are combination locks on everything on the grounds. It took several calls to management to get the combinations correct. The pool is salt water. Overall we enjoyed the stay. The beach is a 10 to 15 minute drive. There are several near.
