Welcome to the Sunset Blue! The latest custom beach pool home in Cinnamon Beach.
Boasting an incredible family friendly floor plan, along with three-bedroom suites and captivating views, what more could you want just a few steps to the beach?

Upon entering the Sunset Blue, the hand-crafted bead board trim will catch your eye, providing that feeling of living on the beach.

Our main living area is on the second level with a wide-open gourmet kitchen, dining and living area to gather and entertain.
You will also notice two sets of French doors providing an abundance of natural light and leading to the oversized balcony, which overlooks the famous Ocean Hammock golf course and dazzling lake and sunset views.

Our Master Suite resides in front of this level and offers privacy, luxury, and its own private balcony with glimpses of the ocean.

Looking for a place to grill and relax? Our covered and screened in lanai is huge with over 1,000 square feet of space to play games, grill or share vacation memories.

Sunset Blue also provides a full array of beach items, including bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, a pull cart for ease of walking the items to the beach via the boardwalk - less than 5 minutes to the surf and sand.

There is a portable crib and a highchair for the little ones.

  Our family of 4 stayed almost a week at this home and it was probably the nicest vacation home we've stayed at. Everything in the home was high end, sparkling clean, very well appointed and fully stocked with everything you'll need for a great vacation. There are even bathrobes for your comfort. The heated pool was nice to have during our stay as it was chilly that week. The house is an easy walk to the beach and clubhouse and it's a really lovely area. The home had everything you need to set up at the beach. Owners were very responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here, thank you for a really great vacation.

  We had one of our best experiences this time at Cinnamon Beach. We have rented six houses on this beach, and this one has been our favorite. The house has a comfortable layout, with a laundry room on the main floor. We enjoyed the screened in porch and pool, which had lovely, comfortable deck furniture. The pool and the residence were well maintained and stocked with everything a family could need for their vacation.

  House is perfect. Family was in revolt and wanted to stay. Had to drag them back to MI. Only issue was the beach. As there are lots of rocks it’s impossible for the kids to go crazy so had to use the pools and trips to other beaches nearby in the car and with one tiny kid was a production each day. House is perfect and easy walk to the main pool and beach.

  We were three adults and two teens. The house was perfect for spending time together in, or we could separate and be in a pretty area of the house too. The two lanais, the pool, the lovely kitchen the family rooms, the dining area, all were lovely. The kitchen had anything you need to prepare meals. The towels were soft and the house was pristine. Every piece of furniture was comfortable. We didn't have to interact with the property manager during our stay, but the emails before then were frequent and helpful. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away...perfect! We loved our stay!

  Sunset Blue was the best vacation home we have ever stayed in. Extremely clean and organized. We only needed clothes and food, everything else we needed or wanted was available, all beach accessories, kitchen fully equipped and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the private pool the most. I was a little concerned that we may be too far from beach access but it turned out to be a little more private than being closer to the condos and the walk only took a couple of minutes. Would recommend to anyone. It was a great experience.

  Lovely home that exceeded our expectations. Sunset Blue provides everything you will need (including beach towels even though the rental company says to bring them). The guy that we were told to text for maintenance never came (we had a toilet flushing issue) but we did get response from the Cinnamon Beach Property Management for another issue. A new maintenance person may be needed. Overall, minor problem and we loved our stay!

  This is one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. The property management company is on top of the whole process and very professional. The House is absolutely gorgeous. It has everything you need for a carefree vacation. When they tell you all you need to bring is yourself, they mean it. The house was spacious, clean and setup nicely. It was a little cold when we were there so having the heated pool helped. It is just a short walk to the clubhouse and beach. There is a Publix close and European Village with numerous restaurants. It is also close enough to make a day trip or several outings to St. Augustine. I would highly recommend Sunset Blue or any property managed by Cinnamon Beach Vacations! Totally Satisfied!!!!

  Our 5 week stay at Cinnamon Beach was delightful. The location was ideal with many outdoor activities to do daily, including the heated pool included with the house which we used daily. This home was well stocked with with all amenities. We did report a leak in the kitchen faucet which became a big problem with water running into the downstairs living area. It was looked at by plumbers as well as the manager. I was told it would be repaired within a few days or the faucet would be replaced. Two and half weeks later we left, the problem wasn't fixed. Never heard from the manager

  We rented Sunset Blue very spur of the moment; in fact, 3 days before our arrival! The house and furnishings are beautiful and we thought the location was great. Since it was January and we weren't spending the day at the beach, we did not use all the beach equipment, but it looked as if beach supplies were very well stocked. We loved sitting on the screened in deck for sunsets. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with top of the line supplies. We were only able to stay for 6 nights and the house could only be rented for a week at a time, but we knew that going in. We had one question for the property manager and he was very responsive. A great stay!

  My wife and our two children stayed here for one week. The property was amazing! The kitchen is very well-stocked. Having a screened in porch around the pool made our trip. We definitely would recommend this property! The check in process is a little bit ridiculous. When you arrive on Saturday afternoon you’ll spend 45 minutes in your car waiting in line. The security people will have to verify who you are which is fine the bad part is they record everything in a big notebook that’s been around for years and they have to keep walking back in to their building. . You think they could invest and go digital, maybe an iPad? Every time you leave the community you have to go through security again. If you’re flexible check in on a day other than Saturday.   This home and the community are absolutely beautiful. The house is is exceptionally clean, very well laid out and in a quiet area of the community. The short walk to the beach was nice with a walkway over the lake. Everything we could have needed during our stay was there, such as beach toys, chairs, plenty of towels (both bath and beach), the kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs, the bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the beach and took plenty of walks around the community. We felt safe and secure in the gated community, where the staff on duty was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family.

  We stayed a weak in April 2017. Beds and accommodations were very nice. Walk to the beach was manageable. Disappointed that the pool was not serving food. Water pressure was a bit disappointing and the cleaning crew missed a few spots prior to our arrival (crumbs on the floor under the couch and in a few seats). We had an issue with the stovetop, the water temperature and the internet, but the management company addressed them quickly. Overall, however, we had a great stay.

  The home was absolutely beautiful and well designed. There was a shade missing from a patio door window. Hopefully, that will be replaced soon. I would recommend room darkening drapes for the master. Other than that, it was perfect. The kitchen is well equipped and the house was very clean.

  This is our 6th year at Cinnamon Beach. We rent through Scott Massey and he is a 10 in working with us....and we are booked for next year. We were at Sunset Blue for 8 weeks and it was great. Facilities fully met expectations. We had guests and the layout was perfect with the extra family space on the main level. Only challenge was the dirty BBQ. It was really bad. Saw the same complaint by a previous renter. Otherwise expectations fully met.

  This home is very well kept and beautifully decorated. You can tell the owners take pride in this property and they should. It is a short walk to the beach and is located in a very private, quiet setting overlooking a lake and a golf course. The kitchen is stocked with all necessities as well as top of the line appliances. Linens, towels, laundry detergent were all provided. Everything is clearly marked and organized which was a huge plus. We had a great overall, comfortable and relaxing experience staying in this home and working with Chris Gallo from Cinnamon Beach Properties. I would definitely recommend this community.

  Nice home and furnishings and we had the use of four bicycles and a cooler with wheels to haul some food to the beach, which was nice.
  
  The kitchen had all the utensils needed for cooking. We had the need for a garlic press one evening and sure enough we found one in a drawer. It would have been nice to have been a little closer to the beach, but the walk was nice and a reasonable distance. The grill was not clean when we went to use it, but after about 30 minutes it was in great shape and worked nicely. Later we found out that if we would have called the office, they would have come and cleaned the grill. The house had an extra roll of paper towel, but it would have been nice to have had a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper.
  
  We did experience a fire alarm malfunction at 3:15 am Saturday morning in the house, which woke us up about 3 hours before we planned for our drive back to Illinois.
