  The check in process at the security gate on our first day was incredibly disorganized and the security staff directing traffic were incredibly offensive and rude. The male security guard slammed his hand on the side of our vehicle because he wanted us to move along. We are in line with everyone else - sitting. What he did was uncalled for and I was very disappointed with that process. It should be fixed. You have a very nice resort and property, don't allow your guests to get their vacation off on the wrong foot like that. Please note that our property contact was fantastic. The security gate staff - the folks directing traffic not checking people in - should be fired.

  Rented condo for family to celebrate my dads 80th birthday for the weekend. The unit was very nicely decorated and location was spectacular. Condo was roomy and walking distance to beach and pools. Good security on premises property managers even accommodated our request for later check out since our flight was not until later in the evening. Would return to this place again and would recommend to others.

  I had nothing but positive experiences with this property. The people were pleasant and got back to me quickly anytime I had questions.The AC broke one day, and within an hour or so it was fixed. The beach view is very minimal, but a very short walk from the condo. Everything in the condo was just as the pictures showed, very beautiful and we'll maintained.
