  Only 2 issues and one is not the resorts fault. The most accessible and closest road to cross over to A1A and the resort, is a $3 per crossing toll road. Be prepared to plan outings accordingly, travel further to find an alternate without toll, or you will find yourself with a hefty vacation toll bill.
  
  Second item, the resort is very nice but there is a lot of house construction and landscaping noise at and at times in early morning.
  
  These two items would not prevent us from going again. The positives of the resort outweigh the inconveniences.

  The unit was beautiful and spotless. Everything you need is there. Unfortunately the beach has been washed away and is very rocky so we had to load up and drive to another beach to enjoy the ocean. Also the pool used to be open at night until 10 pm and now closes at 8. This takes away any opportunity for night time swims and hot tubs.

  Our 2 week vacation in Cinnamon Beach was wonderful! The condo was super quiet and so relaxing. Just what we were looking for. Very large, very clean with everything we needed to call home while we were there. Walking distance to 2 pools and a 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach. The only negative were the beds. very uncomfortable, in dire need of replacing. My wife had terrible back spasms from sleeping in the master king bed and had to sleep in one of the other rooms. If not for that, everything would've been perfect. I read some reviews from other travelers saying that the beds needed to be replaced and thought maybe they were exaggerating but they were not! That is why I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

  Our family loved the roominess of the condo. It was a pleasurable experience to stay in#1161 for a week. We had one small problem with the refrigerator not making ice, but the property manager came quickly and fixed it. The condo was spotless when we arrived, and had beautiful bedding and linens. Plenty of towels and the kitchen cookware was clean and very satisfactory. Internet was great as we needed to keep up with email, etc... The only thing I would recommend is that they keep the pool and game rooms open later at night. And why not add Shuffleboard? I would highly recommend this rental unit and will definitely rent from them again!

  We booked this unit last minute for Memorial Day weekend and could not have been happier. It was extremely spacious for our 2 families as the Master bedroom was huge and provided plenty of space for a pack and play for the baby and a twin air mattress for the toddler (instead of using the pullout couch). The kitchen was fully stocked with all of our needs for cooking and baking. We never felt cramped as the living and dining area along with the huge balcony patio were oversized. Highly recommend.

  We absolutely loved this rental. It was very spacious and the owners obviously gave their rental a lot of careful thought. It was lacking in nothing - there was even a pizza cutter! Very tastefully decorated and the cathedral ceilings were amazing. So much room! We loved sitting outside on the patio overlooking the intercoastal waterfront with the ocean in the distance, watching the wildlife and enjoying our coffee each morning. I would highly recommend this rental unit. I had never been to this area in Florida before and was so pleasantly surprised. The resort itself is very quiet, secure and safe. The recreational facilities were very nice - loved the grassy area with lounge chairs at the adult pool. Also loved the fact that they had beach furniture for the guests to use at no additional cost, even though we had brought our own and didn't take advantage. The pool side service was a nice touch although my only complaint is that I am assuming they were not able to obtain a liquor license, hence the wine-based frozen drinks (not entirely bad, though!). Would have preferred rum in my pina colada but you can't win 'em all huh? The website listed tennis as an amenity but there are actually no courts on the property - if you are planning to play tennis be sure to check with the property management to find out where you can do this. I am assuming that as a guest you are allowed permissions at a local court but we didn't pursue this in deference to being lazy on the beach with books instead. There were lots of great restaurants in nearby Flagler Beach - loved the Funky Pelican, Finns and Flager Fish House in particular. If you make it to St. Augustine, be sure to check out The Conch House - what a neat place with great food and lovely views along the harbor there. Overall a wonderful experience and will definitely return if our travels bring us back to this area of Florida. Highly recommend!

  My husband and I brought our family to 1200 Cinnamon Beach Way #1161. We had our adult son and his girlfriend, our adult daughter and two year old grandson. The pictures do not do the condo justice. It was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The only problem we had was not being permitted to have a cooler at the pools. There were a few large rocks in the center of the beach, but we just walked a few steps to the right or left and enjoyed the best beaches we have seen in Florida.

It was a much shorter walk to the beach than originally thought. Check-in and out was easy and the community had everything one would need. The only thing missing would be some beach chairs. We would definetely stay here again
