Located in Cinnamon Beach, your family and friends will enjoy the open concept layouts and multiple outdoor spaces including a private pool. Being located near Florida’s scenic A1A Highway allows for convenient trips to restaurants in Flagler Beach and day trips to visit attractions in St Augustine and Daytona. Although once you arrive at Latitude Adjustment, you may never want to leave.

When you enter the home, you are immediately at ease. The 1st level is an ideal entertainment space with a TV, games and wet bar. This space leads out to the private pool and covered patio that overlooks the lake. Grill out in the outdoor kitchen or relax by the pool.

The 1st floor also hosts a guest bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a TV. The 1st level Full Bathroom is convenient for the 1st floor guests hanging out in the entertainment/ Pool spaces.

You may take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor, which boasts an expansive open-concept living, dining and kitchen, decorated in a coastal design with nautical touches. In the living room watch your favorite movies while the fireplace warms up the space. But the true show-stopper is the expansive views from the balcony overlooking the lake. This is an ideal spot for the whole family to gather and recharge near the sea.

The kitchen on the 2nd floor features double ovens and a dish washer to spend more time relaxing. Smell the coffee brewing from the Keurig and sip it from the bar seating at the counter. Make mealtime memorable by gathering the whole family around the dining table that seats 10. The 2nd floor also hosts a Half Bath and Laundry Room.

2 additional guest suites are on this 2nd level. Both of these bedrooms host Queen beds and a TV. The Full Bathroom on this level is between the 2 queen bedrooms with a walk-in shower.

Ascend the staircase or the elevator to the 3rd floor to the King Master Suite. From this private suite relax in the King bed with a TV and your private balcony. From the 3rd Floor Balcony you get a glimpse of the Ocean and feel the ocean breezes as you decompress from your day. The private Master Bathroom is a secluded paradise . Wash-away the day in the walk-in shower or soaking tub for relaxation.

  What a great house! Our family of 6 was overwhelmed with the beautifully decorated house the perfectly suited our needs. We especially enjoyed the pool area and upper porch where we ate breakfast every day and could see the ocean and feel the breeze to keep us comfortable. The only problem we had was that the a/c unit in the master bedroom was out when we arrived. Property manager, John Sullivan was a dream. He moved two of us to another house until the unit was repaired the next day! Superb service! And he kept checking to be sure everything was fixed. We have had trouble with other managers of at other properties where the whole vacation was marred by the memory of things gone wrong and no solutions. Not so with John! He would be one of the reasons we would rent again! Our only complaint was the master bed was a bit hard. It was a beautiful property and we would highly recommend it !

  This home is gorgeous, spacious and close to the beach and family pool! We had a group of 8 of us (6 adults and 2 kids) and it worked out perfectly! The pool at the unit was pretty cool but maybe because it was April, guessing it's a bit warmer during summer months. Also, an arcade game in the basement but it doesn't work. The house was stocked with everything you needed beside groceries. I would highly recommend this house in Cinnamon Beach.

  A beautiful, spacious, well decorated home tucked inside private community gates down on the palm coast. We had to evacuate from the hurricane and found solace in this lovely home.   I can not begin to tell how great the experience at South of Charleston was. First of all the property manager could not have been more helpful and kind. I have never experienced such service at a rental before.
  The house was totally accurate about the location etc. The house was totally clean and well maintained. We didn't lack for anything.
  All of us loved the pool and used it so much, yet there are two big pools just a block away as is the beach The location couldn't be better. It was close to everything but totally quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the balconies in the late afternoons. There were beach toys in the garage to use. We all drove towards St Augustine to the alligator farm which I highly recommend. It was very informative and interesting, not hokey as you might think.
  Publix is just a stone's throw by car as is AlA fish market. We hope we will be able to return soon.

  Wonderful house and property. Had everything we needed and more. Community is incredibly well maintained with really great amenities. Best property management team of any we have ever used anywhere! Only caution is lots of new construction including right next door to this house. Didn't impact our enjoyment at all as we spent most of the day hours out and about but it might bother some. Master suite is perfect and separate from the rest of the house up on the third floor with lake and ocean view for coffee with the sunrise and wine with the sunset Kids suite on the bottom floor and adult guests on the main floor allows for complete privacy for everyone! Lots of stairs but the elevator is wonderful especially for groceries. Pool is sensational! No remote for the garage, master fan and the pool lights didn’t work but these are really minor issues in an otherwise wonderful place. Coming back this winter.

  Had a fine vacation in a well-maintained property. Excellent experience with the rental management company--very responsive and very prompt to take care of some minor problems. Liked the house, and would note only a couple of minor reservations: (1) need many more towel racks/hooks in every bathroom; (2) takes a surprisingly long time to get hot water to any of the kitchen and bath outlets. Wasted a lost of water waiting.

  We really enjoyed our stay at South of Charleston. The home is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. We stayed for one week in July for a family get-together. The lower level had a nice game room, a bunk room for the kids, and a beautiful back patio with a screened in pool, hammock, and nice table and chairs. The middle level had two bedrooms, a beautiful living room area, a huge dining room table where we had our family meals, a very nice kitchen, and a lovely outdoor area with comfortable seating and a table with seating for six. The third level had an amazing master suite with a king bed, huge bathroom, and a beautiful balcony with an ocean view. There was an elevator to take you to the different levels. The only concerns were that the pool pump and dishwasher were not working consistently and we could have used more plastic storage containers and serving bowls in the kitchen. Overall, our stay was awesome! We had a short walk to the beach as well as the community pools. We enjoyed bike rides around the beautifully maintained neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

  The home was very nice and in the perfect location.
  
  The beach was a five minute walk and the community pool was about a three minute walk. The floor plan was nice and with 4700 sq ft. there was plenty of room in the home.
  
  The only problem was with the homeowner as for some reason there was a lot of trash they took out and left in the driveway in two trash cans. This was apparently done after the normal Thursday trash pickup. Not sure why there was so much trash since no one stayed in the home the previous week.
  
  Called the property managers and they came right away and cleaned up the mess which was in the driveway near the garage and was smelling pretty bad too.
  
  The other problem was that the home owner apparently sold the home during the week and had the wifi mistakenly turned off on Wednesday during the week and blamed it on the internet provider saying it was supposed to be Saturday at the end of the week.
  
  Called the property managers and they called the owner and got the wifi turned back on until the end of the week.
  
  The rental company was excellent and so were the property managers Chris and John but the homeowner was a different story which is hard for the property mangers to completely cover for.
  
  Would give the rental company and property managers five out of five but the homeowner probably a three.
  
  Would stay here in the future and definitely recommend to friends and glad there will be a new owner in the future.

  It is a very beautiful place as described for our three generations of famil members. We love it and we might come back next year. We like the beach, the club and the nearby shopping center. Everyone has fun.
  
  The minor issues are linens are quite worn out,some need to be retired. The mattress in second floor bedroom is not firm enough. It has no soft padded mattress cover, but a plastic one without padding which is very torn. Furthermoe, thE cleaning crew used a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet so it was slipping off the slippery plastic sheet and we had to change it orselves. The entire room is quite substandard like a third rate motel.
  Very important, please install grab bars and provide rubber bathtub mat for safety. When someone falls, the consequence is serious. This is very easy correction.

  Great place. We had 6 adults and 5 children ranging from 3 yrs to 16 yrs, everyone loved the house and location. We have been to Ocean Hammock previously so knew what to expect as far as amenities. Having our own pool at the house was a big plus for the kids. Elevator was a big plus for me since house is 3 stories and I have a bad knee. Also very handy for getting luggage and groceries upstairs. Will definitely book this house in the future. Crystal Belleview at the management company was very helpful and responsive to the few small issues we had.

  The South of Charleston was a great house for our large family. My kids and grandkids had an awesome time. Great game/family room on lower level for kids. Nice pool. Very clean. Only thing I would have added is maybe more utensils for the kitchen and there were no trash cans other than the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. Also, not sure of the size of the 2 beds on 2nd floor. Didn’t seem large enough for queens. Other than that we loved it. Great location also!!!

We were 4 children and 4 adults that enjoyed the serenity and accommodations, there was even a Christmas tree that added to the holiday spirit.   The pictures do not do this house justice! It is very upscale yet comfortable. The 1st floor is perfect for kids/teens with a rec room, table/chairs, bar fridge, TV/DVD, arcade game, games, full bathroom & bedroom with 4 beds (2 bunks). The 2nd floor hosts a chefs dream kitchen with all stainless steel appliances including a double oven. There are also 2 bedrooms (queens), 2 bathrooms and laundry facilities. The 3rd floor is the master retreat that is absolutely gorgeous! The balcony overlooks the lake where wildlife sightings were plentiful including daily visits from sea otters! There is also a spacious balcony on the 2nd floor ideal for relaxing with a book or for morning coffee. Top top it off this house has an elevator that was fantastic to take luggage, groceries etc. to each floor. Nothing has been overlooked. You could not ask for a better location. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach/ocean as well as the clubhouse. There are 2 access points for the beach but you access the beach via the clubhouse, longers, chairs and umbrellas are provided free of charge. The beach is very secluded. It is like having your own private beach. It has sand bars and is clear with tons of shells. A gated community with securtity, loads of bike trails, golfing etc. The property management were a delight to deal with and check-in was a breeze! We have rented many homes throughout Florida and this is by far the best house/location! We look forward to returning.
