  The house was amazing & had everything we needed to accommodate 9 adults, 2 children, and 3 dogs. The location was a one minute walk from the beach and the provided use of the golf cart was helpful with transporting everyone to & from. The house had great separation of areas to give each couple/family their needed space as well. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone planning to visit the area!

  My family had a great time during our stay at Ocean Blue. The house and pool were perfect for us. It was clean, well arranged and had everything we needed, including a well-outfitted kitchen, comfortable chairs and beds, and every possible item we needed for the beach. The ping pong/air hockey/pool table was fun, even though nowhere near regulation size, after a long day at the beach. The pool was clean and had many toys for my kids and grand-kids to play with. Many chairs surround the pool so no shortage of places to sit even with a group our size (8). The golf cart was a fantastic benefit making it so much easier to get to the beach and set up. Not a complaint at all re the house, it's fantastic. This part has nothing to do with the house, which again, was great. The beach is possibly the worst beach I've ever been to, totally kid unfriendly. It was recently re-nourished apparently and was all brown bottom sand and crushed shells. The entry point to the water at high tide or low tide was a drop off of at least a foot where waves built quickly and crashed right at the edge of the beach, making it dangerous for kids to even try to get in the water, and annoying for adults. We solved that by driving north a couple miles to the river-to-sea parking lot and using the beach there. Really no more trouble than getting to the beach near Ocean Blue, and a much nicer beach. So there's an easy solution to the beach problem at hand. It may be that we caught the Palm Coast beach at a bad time and maybe it will sort itself out over time. The house gets 5 stars, the beach gets 2 stars. All in all we had a fantastic week at Ocean Blue!

  Ocean Blue was a clean and well-cared-for property. The highlights included a well-stocked ocean kit with beach towels, chairs, wave boards, games, and a six-person golf cart for ferrying to and from the beach although with it only being 100 yards from the house it was an easy walk.
  
  The host was responsive and receptive to our questions and provided excellent customer service!

  Location-amazing. 100 yards from the beach. House-fantastic. Clean. Easily accommodated 6 adults and three lil cowpokes. Had Everything! Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys for the kids...everything. Location- close to St. Augustine and many other attractions. Pool- our little ones used it more than we thought they would. We thought it would be an extra benefit- but it was a big part of the positive experience. Cannot say enough great things about the house and the experience. Cinnamon Beach Vacations was also a great representative for the owners. Very helpful. Very organized. Very communicative throughout the process and during our stay.

  We had such a great time during our week at Ocean Blue.
  The accommodations were neat, clean and tidy and hadw everything we needed. The beach chairs, umbrella and toys were a great benefit too.
  The golf cart was a great help transporting everything and everyone to and from the beach...as well as tours of the area.
  5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms suited our group perfectly as each of the 4 families had their own bathroom to use with no need to share.
  We had a great time and would definitely stay at Ocean Blue again.

  Not only is this house come packed full of amazing amenities (pool, golf cart, games, etc.) but the location is perfect! This house is close to the beach and we fell in love with the Hammock Beach area. The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a family vacation. The garage had so many fun activities for the kids on a rainy afternoon. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone and we hope to be back again!

  Property was perfect for our group vacation with several families, we especially appreciated the number of bathrooms! The garage area with numerous games along with the downstairs living area provided the perfect hang out spots for all ages in our group! Everything was very well organized as far as games and beach gear which was an added bonus and made clean up easier! The golf cart was great for trekking beach gear down to the beach and we appreciated the amount of beach gear that was provided. This house is the best stocked rental as far as beach gear, beach towels/pool towels, bikes, chairs, beach toys etc. The owners really did a great job of making sure their home provided tons of fun options for everyone! It was the perfect getaway for our group with kids even with it being "winter" the kids were able to enjoy both the heated pool and the beach! The owner and rental company were a pleasure to work with and very responsive. We would definitely come back to this property again; it was a great getaway for our group!
