Located in the lovely beach community of Ocean Hammock, your family and friends will enjoy the proximity to the beach and private pool with golf course views. Being located near Florida’s scenic A1A Highway allows for convenient trips to restaurants in Flagler Beach and day trips to visit attractions in St Augustine and Daytona. Although once you arrive, you may never want to leave.

This home boasts 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open concept floor plan and a private pool and spa. Being a guest in Ocean Hammock provides beach access for the community on uncrowded beaches.

The relaxing master suite showcases a King-sized bed, TV to fall asleep to your favorite shows and private ensuite. The master bathroom is ready for you to decompress after your day with a walk-in shower or in the separate soaking tub.

From the moment you enter the home, you feel as ease and ready to relax. Make your way to the open concept kitchen, dining and living rooms. This area is the perfect place to gather around. The kitchen with has plenty of prep space to make your favorite meals and a large island with bar seating. In the living room turn on the fireplace for a cozy movie night in. This space leads out to the wonderful outdoor living space where you will be able to spend a lot of time. Lounge by the pool, relax in the spa, grill and dine al fresco, or start up the firepit in the evenings.

There is a lot to do and see, or choose to relax and do nothing at all. We're close enough for a day trip to Orlando, Disney World, Kennedy Space Center and more. When you're ready to escape the crowds and traffic, you can come back here and enjoy the “quiet side of Florida.”
