The Pearl – Is a beach house gem! If you are looking for something out of the ordinary this, is it. It is the perfect place for both small and large families. The house sits on the edge of the alluring Cinnamon Beach Lake. It has breathtaking water views from all three levels. It is just steps to the ocean and the Amenity Center. The Pearl is in the perfect location for an unforgettable vacation experience.

The Pearl has five guest suites, each with access to its own full bath. It has two King Bed Suites, two Queen Bed Suites, and a Suite with two Twin Bed beds that can also be configured as a King Bed. The office also provides three additional twins!

The Gourmet kitchen has a Commercial 36” Gas Stove versatile enough to please any chef. The state-of-the-art appliances includes an ultra-quiet dishwasher, refrigerator, and a Wine and Beverage storage unit. There is a separate pantry stocked with all the additional appliances needed to make cooking any meal a breeze.

The Pearl also offers two expansive main living areas – The Great Room is beautifully furnished with the latest 75” TV technology. The second Family Room is also beautifully appointed with its own separate kitchen area overlooking the inviting pool. There is also a separate office on the first floor.

Speaking of the Pool…. The Pearl has an amazing outside entertainment area with a custom heated saltwater pool that includes therapeutic jets, entertaining waterspouts, and an LED color light changing system, which illuminate the pool area after hours. The exquisitely designed, built in summer kitchen, includes a large barbeque area, sink and separate refrigerator.

Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock amenities include: a sensational oceanfront pool, lakeside pool with clubhouse and lounge, kids' game room, water park, hot tub, bar/grille, fitness center and more. Even better, all these amenities are less than a 5-minute walk from this luxury home!

  This house was phenomenal! Large, bright and immaculate, we appreciated the touches of luxury in every room. Our group of 5 couples had plenty of space and enjoyed the quiet nature sounds, lovely furnishings, en-suite bathrooms for each room and an elevator. The indoor and outdoor spaces were amazing. We grilled steaks and shrimp on the built-in grill and really appreciated the outdoor heaters alongside the wonderfully warm/clean swimming pool. Plenty of parking and a 2-minute walk to a quiet beach! We will definitely return.
  
  The only oddity we encountered was a lack of frying/sauce pots. We think this was an anomaly because there were 8 to 10 frying/sauce lids, so perhaps they were removed for one reason or another. Regardless, we had the time of our lives and have already recommended this house to our family and friends.
  
  Such a wonderful and welcoming house and neighborhood with a friendly and responsive staff. Enjoy!

  The home is in an amazing community with so much to do. The two pools and kid's splash pad were well maintained, not crowded and kept everyone entertained. The access to the beach was so convenient but I will note it's not exactly a wade in the water or walk the beach situation. Crushed shell sand with flat rocks lining the waterline. The house is spacious and updated with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The home's own pool is not too large but plenty big for our family to enjoy during naptimes and after bedtimes.

  My family and I really enjoyed our stay at The Pearl. We loved how the house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out if they’d like but also the enough space on the main floor for everyone to come together and hang out. We enjoyed early mornings on the back porch drinking coffee and planning our day. The convenience of having the two club pools and beach access was perfect. It was also nice having the pool in the backyard for when we wanted a swim at the house. We would definitely love to come and stay again.

  Beautiful home! We love this home and have stayed here a couple of times. There are a couple of updates or repairs that need to be made. King bed on main floor is very uncomfortable. It sags in the middle . Exhaust fan does not work in twin room. Bikes need repairs. Lastly, bedspreads need to be laundered. . Incredible home with fabulous floor plan and view.

  This rental exceeded my expectations. The space was light and bright, very clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. I loved the location as it was steps from the pools and beach. The neighborhood was extremely safe and we enjoyed all of the wonderful amenities provided in the club and the home. The home was stocked with everything one could need for an enjoyable stay. The kitchenware was fantastic and there were beach chairs, towels and toys for all. I will definitely be renting again!

  This is our third year at the Pearl. We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and spacious. The amenities (both pools, grill) were awesome. It was a little strange that both hot tubs did not work for our entire week. The house was well stocked. The garage was full of beach chairs, easy ups, boogie boards, a wagon and things that people have left over time. I guess CBP does not want to promote this in case these items get taken or broken they don't want to be responsible for these items if they are not there (and I totally understand their position) but it was super nice to use the beach gear/toys that were already there. We had a wonderful, relaxing week with our family in this gorgeous home.
