  Beautiful condo. Only 3 draw backs. Beach is very slanted and hard for me to maneuver with my cane. Toilets in non-masters baths are very low. Kitchen could be better equiped. Already rebooked for next year!

  Location, staff, cleanliness and overall 10 out 10! ! Views are phenomenal, pools are clean and welcoming. Food and Drinks at the grill are great. My only complaint would be the rudeness of the residents. No one smiled or waved back; when we brought the kids to the pool you could see them roll their eyes bc we had a bundle of kids between us all there for a family gathering. One man even had enough gumption to confront me about my parking location stating everyone knew not to park in that parking spot yet there are no signs and it's an obvious parking spot. Overall would highly recommend the company, location, condo but with caution about the residents.

  We spent a week there and enjoyed it very much. The unit is beautiful and well maintained. We had a small problem and the management company was very responsive. Would absolutely stay there again.
  
  A couple of things to know. First, you need to pay a toll to access the island (but, not when leaving), you can get a discount ticket so if you are staying for any amount of time, it is worth doing. Second, when you look at the resort, there is a fancy pool area and several restaurants on the property. That requires a membership, so you won't be able to use it or most of the restaurants. The Waterfront Grill is open to the public and very nice. The subdivision this unit is in has 2 lovely pools that you can use. They also have a small snack shack at the pool, but we were "lucky" enough to come during a storm and cold snap, so we never got to use them. 😒

  The condo was as described, the view was amazing and it is decorated beautifully. The pool and grounds accommodations were meticulously kept. We tried to reach out to the agency while onsite to let them know the unit has a few items that are in need of maintenance. We have been home for 2 days now and yet to receive a response. This surprised us because prior to the trip the agency was very responsive.

Appreciate the fact the owner listened to our suggestion of adding blackout curtains in the living room and a ceiling fan on the porch.   We had a great stay in this Cinnamon Beach condo. Located on the top floor, we had an amazing view of the ocean. We used the patio every day. The unit is clean, pretty, and the furniture is very nice. The primary king size bed is very comfortable and you can hear the ocean in that room. The kitchen is well stocked. There are several chairs for beach use which is convenient. We enjoyed the pools and ate at the grill located at the family pool. The food and drinks were surprisingly good. The staff at the grill is friendly. The whole complex is nice and the location is good too. The only negative is the toilet paper provided is one grade above sand paper. Buy or bring your own TP. Otherwise, I highly recommend this condo.

  This was our second time at Cinnamon Beach (previously stayed in unit 461). We had a wonderful vacation. The rooms and furniture in the condo were exactly as pictured and kitchen was well stocked. The rooms and furniture in the condo were also exactly as pictured.   We had a wonderful experience staying at this rental. The location, amenities, and unit exceeded expectations. This was our second year saying at this complex, and we plan on returning for a third year. We have already recommended this location to other friends and family members.
  The condo itself is very nice, with plenty of amenities (and to our happiness a Kurig!). It was very clean and comfortable. The condo was very large and fit my large family comfortably. HOWEVER, I would like to recommend to the rental owners to please install some sort of curtain or blinds in the living room glass sliding doors as the sun was far too bright in the morning hours to properly use the living areas. One guest stayed on the pull out sofa, and she was woken up very early every morning by the sun. In order for us to choose a unit for next year, we will only be considering units with some way of blocking the morning sun. If you are reading this review in order to select a unit to stay in, please consider this fact!
  Other small issue that we faced was when a tornado warning occurred during our stay for our area and there was no emergency information for our condo or the complex. I feel like this would be necessary for a condo in a hurricane location.
  We had a wonderful vacation and will plan on returning again. We enjoyed the family friendly amenities and the immediate proximity to the beach. We were also impressed by the friendliness of the other people in the complex (guests and staff) & the security presence. This condo/complex is absolutely worth the money. We love staying here.

  This wonderful top floor end unit with beautiful views and a large patio made our family getaway a happy one. The condo is equipped with everything necessary. The staff at CBV was very friendly and helpful. Crystal gave us her phone number to call if anything was needed. Nothing was needed to make our stay perfect. The beach is amazing and great for walks. The common areas were well maintained and the pools looked inviting. The only caution I would give is that there is no window covering on the living room slider. This is not a problem unless you are planning to use the sleeper sofa. The morning sun will wake you early! Regardless, we would definitely stay here again.
