Limin' House

Limin' House is named for the Caribbean vibe it imparts. The surround-sound of the ocean and mesmerizing views will have you forgetting the hectic daily routine and put you in vacation mode before you've even unpacked.

Entering the front door, you'll find yourself in The Pub. This ground floor features a full-size bar, pool/ping-pong table, and sliders onto the oceanfront patio. There's a large bathroom with shower, a separate bunk room, and a new queen sleeper sofa.

Immediately when you ascend to the next floor, the ocean views are so close you'll feel like you're on a ship - except for the expansive luxury kitchen and open-concept great room. The large dining area and breakfast bar provide plenty space for informal or fancy meals. Enjoy refreshments al fresco on the 2nd floor balcony watching the ocean and marine life. There's also a 65" TV with sound bar for keeping up with your favorite sports or shows. Behind the kitchen and great room are the two second floor bedrooms - one king and one queen - another large bathroom and a huge laundry room. Each bedroom has a TV and plenty storage.

The third floor is dedicated to the master suite. On this higher floor, the views are even more spectacular. Enjoy coffee or an evening wine from your private balcony - conveniently served from your dedicated in-room Keurig and refrigerator. Relax in the huge soaking tub or rejuvenate in the Oceanview shower.

Flagler Beach is one of the last coastal towns with Old Florida charm and we fell in love with Limin' House because of its walkability to everything. By The Sea, Oceanside Grill, Jimmy's, Island Grill, and Tortugas are all less than a 10-minute walk. Flagler Beach Pier and its shops and restaurants are about a 20-minute walk. For groceries, Publix and the Farmers Market are just a 5-minute drive.

There are beach towels, beach cart and chairs provided.

  Life happens ... The Limin House was an AMAZING home for our families to gather during our time in Florida. Originally booked and headed to CA, a loss in the family had us flying into Jax, MCO, SFB, & DAB. The Ocean view from every level was a Wonderful welcome. Plenty of space to gather or find time alone. We found it very comfortable and accommodating. The Limin house met every need our family, siblings, grandparents, aunts/uncles, cousins had. Bedrooms were nice, laundry, restrooms on every level, great kitchen/dining area, inviting living room, lounge/pool table provided entertainment! Plenty of parking, walk across the street to the beach or a few blocks away for shops and dining. We always had family coming or going and this home took the stress out of it. Also, many activities in the surrounding areas to cater to needs, incase chillin on the patio furniture on one of the 3 levels is just too much relaxation. The Limin House was just what we needed for our Lemon vacation. {Bitter/SWEET} A place to gather, plan, grieve, laugh, rest, create memories!

  Our stay was one of the best ever. We stay in FL at least twice a year for bike fest. The kitchen was outfitted with the finest of appliances. It was very comfortable, and a great place to watch the sun rise each morning. The pool table was convenient for those rainy days. The bedrooms and bathrooms were more than comfortable. Would stay again.

  We shared this home with another family and children. It is perfect as the kids have their own space to play and when the kiddos went to sleep, the adults also had our own floor to play pool, ping-pong, etc.
  
  Thie house was super clean and had all the essentials you need. The property management team was friendly and very responsive. The ocean views are immaculate. The only hiccup we had, was the tv went out on the main floor and we had a small table with a replacement tv for the remainder of our stay but again, the property management team was very responsive.
  
  The beach was clean and clear and we pretty much felt as though it was a private area as we had the space to ourselves.
  
  We almost definitely will be returning next summer at this house!

  The home was recently renovated with no expense spared. The main floor layout is perfect with the kitchen providing all you need to cook meals at home and the living room has amazing ocean views. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The location is great - a short walk across A1A and you have the beach to yourself. With a 1/2 mile walk, you are at the pier with several local restaurants to choose from. The Property Mgt team was very helpful and professional - very easy to work with.

  We had a great stay at Limin'! The house and it's furnishings were top-notch. Having access to the garage (and opener!) was awesome. The ONLY complaint was construction on the see wall RIGHT in front oh the house was a little bit of a bummer (but known to be out of anyone's control). Also, the garage door needs to be adjusted: when closing it goes too far and triggers the sensor to re-open. It could be "fixed" with the opener by stopping it but will likely cause issue with future visitors.

  This property was recently renovated inside and no expense was spared! High quality finishes, bedding, kitchen supplies, and awesome layout made this a perfect home away from home. We were very impressed with the feel of the inside because of the recent renovations. It is very spacious for three bedroom plus bunk area. The kids zone was downstairs and they had plenty of room to spread out and play. The a/c was strong - kept humidity and heat out. The location was fantastic. We were sitting down in our chairs on the beach within two minutes of walking out the door. The stairs down to the beach are directly across the street, which was easy to cross even with kids and gear. The provided wagon helped a lot with beach gear. The beach is not heavily visited - we had it practically to ourselves most days. The sand is more coarse here than further south in Daytona, but it’s quiet and private. We saw dolphins from the deck in the morning & evening. And a highlight was seeing from the deck a mama sea turtle crawling back to the ocean after laying her eggs on beach right in front of house!
