Bajamar is directly across form the beach walkover in Cinnamon Beach and a short walk to the community amenities. This home is ideal for your next family beach vacation and features a private heated pool and spa. Located Near Florida’s scenic A1A Highway allows for convenient trips to restaurants in Flagler Beach and day trips to visit attractions in St Augustine and Daytona.


Enter through the front door and you’ve landed in beach home getaway. This 3 story beach home calms with blue hues and a coastal style throughout. The main living spaces are on the 2nd level with a peak of the ocean from the front balcony. The open concept kitchen, dining and living rooms create a perfect gathering spot for everyone. In addition to the dining table, there is additional seating at the island in the kitchen and also lovely outdoor dining options for making mealtime memories. This level has a half bath for guests.


The 2nd level boasts a bedroom with King Size bed and Full Bathroom. Take the elevator or stairs up to the 3rd level which showcases 4 of the bedrooms. The grand Master suite is on this top level with a King Bed and full bath ensuite with a walk-in shower, separate soaking tub and double vanities. From the master suite bed or master private balcony, you can relax as you watch the Atlantic Ocean.


The 3rd floor also features a calming Queen bedroom across from a Full Bathroom. There is also an adorable flamingo bunkbed/trundle room. This bed is a Twin mattress on the top bunk, Full mattress on the bottom bunk and a Twin mattress for the trundle. The nautical bunkbed/trundle room has a Twin mattress on the top bunk, Full mattress on the bottom bunk and a Twin mattress for the trundle. These 2 bunk rooms are across from an additional Full bathroom.


On the 1st floor is the 6th bedroom featuring a Queen bed with pops of color. This level has a full bathroom and laundry room. The rest of this level is ideal for entertainment featuring a wet bar with wine cooler, a ping pong table and access to the private pool and spa. On the front side of the home is an outdoor shower to rise off all the sand from your beach day. The garage stores beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a beach cart to enjoy during your stay.


Cinnamon Beach is a private-gated neighborhood within the exclusive community of Ocean Hammock, a tranquil coastal gem located in Palm Coast, Florida, just 20 minutes south of St. Augustine, 30 minutes north of Daytona Beach and 75 minutes east of Orlando.

    We rented this house for 5 families to gather in. The house was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed all of the amenities, especially the porches! There’s nothing like listening to ocean waves after dark. The house was clean and incredibly well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances. The only thing we found a little odd was that many of the door locks, including the bottom floor were broken. This may have been a recent development but we made sure to let management know.

    We had 14 people arrive on Saturday, 8 adults and 6 children. There was room enough for everyone and plenty of space to either gather or find room for peace and quiet. The facilities were fine; TV's, kitchen appliances or the swimming pool were all just right. Shopping was easy and plentiful. The ocean was across the street and the pool complex was six houses down the street. All-in-all, a wonderful place.

    The house was great! For the most part things were in working order and when the internet went out the management company worked hard to get it back on. We were pleasantly surprised to find a high chair, pack n' play, and baby gates available; it would have been nice to know in advance, because I ended up bringing my own.

    We did wish that the house had more beach towels, I had inquired in advance if they would be available and was told they would be, only to find that the house only had two. Also the dryer had some issues the last two days that cause some clothes to be stained. There was one burner on the stovetop that didn't work and a few dishes we needed to wipe down before using, but most things were clean and everything else in the kitchen was in working order.

    Overall though, the house was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of linens for the house. Being so close to the beach was exactly what we wanted and the pool was perfect for the afternoons. I don't know if there could be a better location for the house, it's so close to the beach access while still feeling private due to the greenery around the house. There are plenty of places to hangout as a large group while also affording enough private spaces to take a moment to yourself. We would definitely look to visit here again!

    WE HAVE RENTED ALL OVER THE COUNTRY AND HAVE A GREAT UNDERSTANDING OF GOOD, AVERAGE AND BAD RENTALS. THIS RENTAL WAS "GREAT"!! FIRST, IT WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN UPON OUR ARRIVAL. SECOND, IT WAS BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED. THIRD, THE BEDDING WAS AWESOME. FOURTH, THE HAD EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED TO ENJOY A WEEK AWAY FROM HOME. MOST IMPORTANTLY, EVERYTHING WORKED FROM THE JACUZZI TO ALL THE TV'S TO THE PAC MAN GAME TO THE APPLIANCES AND ON AND ON. THEY ALSO HAD THINGS LIKE A FIRE PIT, OUTDOOR GRILL, PING PONG TABLE. ALL THE PORCHES WERE WILL FURNISHED, ETC., ETC. ETC. THIS CLEARLY IS AN OWNER WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR OWN PROPERTY AND WHAT THEY PROVIDE TO THEIR RENTERS!! KUDDO'S TO THEM!! WE HAD AN AWESOME TIME!A BIG THANKS FROM THE TOOMEY'S!!

    Had a wonderful stay at Bajamar! This property is so centrally located to beach, pools, and the areas walking paths. This gorgeous home is beautifully decorated with art pieces reflecting beach life. What a wonderful place to get away with family and enjoy all this home has to offer.

    We loved most everything about the houses including the proximity to the beach. Cinnamon Beach amenities were very nice, too. Our only complaint about the trip was the beach itself. Beach is very rocky and treacherous for children and adults. For this reason, I rated the stay 4 stars.
