Take A Break, this spectacular 5 bed/4.5 bath, Cinnamon Beach pool home near the ocean is ready for your next getaway. After driving the scenic, oak-lined journey to the gated community, you are welcomed by a fresh ocean breeze and the undeniable fragrance of salty ocean air.

The foyer feels open and bright leading to an entertainment room completed with a Sleeper Sofa, a wet-bar and powder bathroom. Sliding glass doors open to the magnificent courtyard pool. The lagoon-blue pool provides ample privacy and beckons a refreshing dip after a fun day at the beach. The pool patio features an outdoor shower and a grill.

The first level also boasts 3 guest bedrooms, a first level King Bedroom with private en-suit and access to the back patio, a King suite with Jack-n-Jill Bathroom shared with the Queen Bedroom. Head out to the patio and shaded grass lawn ideal for the young ones to play.

Upstairs on the 2nd floor consists of the open living space featuring a kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen bright kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances and a picture window that frames views of a glistening pond and lush green landscape. The whole family can gather around the table together for memorable meals. The balcony is the ideal place to view the sunsets every evening.

The 2nd floor also holds the King Master Suite with spa-like retreat. The calming bathroom features 2 vanities, shower with rain shower head and separate soaking tub. A sitting room on this level holds a sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping option. The laundry room is also located on this level.

This home has Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella & Beach Wagon to enjoy and take to the beach which is a short walk from the home.

  The property and rental company (Cinnamon Beach Vacations) were great. The house was clean and in great shape. We were there for Thanksgiving so doing a lot of cooking and the rental company provided additional cookware for us which was great. Also Sandy Andy's brought baby crib, high chair and bikes and was great! Highly recommend!!

  This house is updated, large and clean. It is located a short walk from the beach and community pool - which we enjoyed. The one thing we noticed though was that there were lots of geckos in the master bath and bedroom. I am talking 15 - 20. We relocated them outside as we found them - and being Floridians, we know they are harmless. So, while it was not a big deal, it was a nuisance and one we don’t deal with living near water in Orlando - makes me wonder if the windows and doors are sealed properly.

  We had a wonderful time at this home! The location and amenities are perfect. Not only does the house have its own pool, but it is a short walk to the beach and main pools. We enjoyed the nice layout of the home, especially the huge porches and quietness of the neighborhood. A huge shout out to Cinnamon Beach Vacations for answering all of our questions, responding quickly to any needs, and being super polite and helpful the entire experience. If you are looking for a 5 bedroom home in a great location, this rental will not disappoint. We will definitely be back!

  Huge house! Tons of room for your whole family. Every bedroom was good size. Kitchen and living space is larger than pictured! Only down side is there’s a house being built right next door (where the pool is) so it’s shady in the afternoon at the pool. Also could use some more furniture at the pool. Currently only 2 lounge chairs there.
  Neighborhood pool was beautiful. Food at the pool was great! Lots of great walking every morning- sidewalks everywhere. Beautiful community!

  The VRBO home was beautiful! Just as described on the website. We had eight adults, plenty of room, loved the spacious kitchen, family room area, and balconies throughout.   House was nice and we enjoyed our time there. No major issues. Some minor cleaning and maintenance issues. Cinnamon Beach Vacations was non-responsive from the app. Reached out to them on a maintenance issue and about extending our stay and got no response. In fairness, it was a holiday weekend, so I understand that complicates things a bit. But would have still expected them to reach out after they were back in normal operations. We did finally get maintenance out when someone from CBV was making rounds and stopped by to check in and see how things were going.
  
  Community is great and our family loves it there. We will be back and would be willing to rent the house again.

  This house was perfect for our family get-together - spacious, clean, beautiful decor, close to beach, pools, etc. We cooked all of our meals in because we had such a large group. Well-equipped kitchen and large open spaces so we never felt cramped.
  
  We had an issue with the dryer at first but maintenance was quick to respond. Also, we had some pretty wild neighbors that enjoyed all-night/all wee-morning pool parties. We would have enjoyed the big patio overlooking the lake much more if it weren't for this family/group. There was no local security to call and I did not want to call police. Other than that, it was a perfect place and rental house for our trip and lots of fun memories made! Thank you!
