Take A Break - Private Pool Home!

The name says it all. We all need a break from everyday life, stresses, and work. Your mind will leave those all behind once you enter TAKE A BREAK.

Upon entry, you'll be greeted by the 1st level entertainment room (with Sleeper sofa) and tons of natural light provided by the many sliders leading to the gorgeous and roomy pool and deck. Walk a bit down the hall and you will find not one, but two King Master Suites. One with private en-suite full bath and the other connected to a jack and jill full bath. The 1st level Queen bedroom connects to the jack and jill as well.

Take the stairs up to the 2nd level and take in the main living space. Take A Break provides a huge area here with open kitchen concept for gathering all the friends and family. (The sitting room has a sleeper sofa.) This level also has plenty of patio space to take in the dazzling sunsets!

Two additional bedrooms reside on this level. The King Master Suite with a giant designer bathroom and a soaking tub. As well as a 5th and final bedroom, which is a twin bedroom – with another full bath attached.

When it's time to get away, Take A Break is ready and waiting.

  Huge house! Tons of room for your whole family. Every bedroom was good size. Kitchen and living space is larger than pictured! Only down side is there’s a house being built right next door (where the pool is) so it’s shady in the afternoon at the pool. Also could use some more furniture at the pool. Currently only 2 lounge chairs there.
  Neighborhood pool was beautiful. Food at the pool was great! Lots of great walking every morning- sidewalks everywhere. Beautiful community!

  The VRBO home was beautiful! Just as described on the website. We had eight adults, plenty of room, loved the spacious kitchen, family room area, and balconies throughout. Having a pool was a plus, even though we were super close/walking distance to the two community pools at the beach. We will definitely visit again!!

  House was nice and we enjoyed our time there. No major issues. Some minor cleaning and maintenance issues. Cinnamon Beach Vacations was non-responsive from the app. Reached out to them on a maintenance issue and about extending our stay and got no response. In fairness, it was a holiday weekend, so I understand that complicates things a bit. But would have still expected them to reach out after they were back in normal operations. We did finally get maintenance out when someone from CBV was making rounds and stopped by to check in and see how things were going.
  
  Community is great and our family loves it there. We will be back and would be willing to rent the house again.

  This house was perfect for our family get-together - spacious, clean, beautiful decor, close to beach, pools, etc. We cooked all of our meals in because we had such a large group. Well-equipped kitchen and large open spaces so we never felt cramped.
  
  We had an issue with the dryer at first but maintenance was quick to respond. Also, we had some pretty wild neighbors that enjoyed all-night/all wee-morning pool parties. We would have enjoyed the big patio overlooking the lake much more if it weren't for this family/group. There was no local security to call and I did not want to call police. Other than that, it was a perfect place and rental house for our trip and lots of fun memories made! Thank you!
