1200 Cinnamon Beach Way #1134

Look no further! This Cinnamon Beach Condo is a fantastic place for your next beach vacation. Located in the Cinnamon Beach Community, you will enjoy the tranquil surroundings and gorgeous beach, while still close to the attractions in St Augustine and Daytona.

Enter through the front door and you’ve landed in your beach vacation nirvana. The open concept living and dining areas, decorated using sandy tones and shades of blues, are the perfect spots to gather together and recharge by the sea.

The living area boasts a flatscreen TV — but the true star of this show is the lake views that are more magnificent at sunset. Connected to the dining and living spaces is the kitchen ready for preparing the catch of the day.

Proceed to the Master suite where you’ll discover a cozy King Bed that invites you to relax and take in the views gazing out the window and sliding glass doors to the balcony. The private master ensuite bathroom carries the calming blue from the bedroom and features a soaking tub, walk-in shower and double vanities.

The 2nd bedroom presents a grand King bed as well. This bedroom also has a TV for dozing off. The 2nd full bathroom is nearby and just across the hall is the 3rd bedroom. This 3rd guest bedroom displays a nautical theme, 2 Twin beds and a TV for enjoyment.

Off of the main living space is a lovely lanai with dining set and additional seating options for further relaxation. This is a perfect place to soak in the sunset views and to decompress after a long day at the Cinnamon Beach clubhouse, pools and beach.

Cinnamon Beach is a private-gated neighborhood within the exclusive community of Ocean Hammock, a tranquil coastal gem located in Palm Coast, Florida, just 20 minutes south of St. Augustine, 30 minutes north of Daytona Beach and 75 minutes east of Orlando.

Featuring 2.5 miles of pristine cinnamon-colored beach, the community features a harmonious blend of magnificent Oceanfront, Ocean/Golf View & Lakeview condominiums and spectacular individual homes. As a guest staying at Cinnamon Beach, you gain access to the community's amenities. These amenities include the show-stopping oceanfront quite pool, spa, lakeside family-friendly pool with a kid’s splash pad, Clubhouse with game room and lounge, fitness room, business room, seasonal grille, and multiple convenient beach access locations.

In addition to the beach and pools, you are located in the ideal place for outdoor adventures and day trips to some of the best cities along the east coast of Florida. This scenic location hosts canoe, kayak, boat and jet ski tours and rentals on the canals and Intracoastal waterway. Miles and miles of scenic trails are perfect for walking, jogging, biking and bird-watching. Plan a picnic or hike one of the 40 local parks and preserves. Swim with the dolphins at Marineland. Condo was clean and comfortable and much bigger in person! Loved the large balcony and the short walk to the beach, pools and gym! Second shower didn’t drain well. And the tv’s were hard to figure out and we had our techie son with us.. overall a great experience!

We had a wonderful week in this Palm Coast condo. The unit was nicely appointed and very clean. The kitchen had everything needed to make a few simple meals to take a break from the many excellent local restaurants. The towels were super soft, and the beds very comfortable. The balcony was a lovely place for morning coffee, or afternoon reading (or napping) to take a break from the sun. One rainy afternoon, we were pleased to find a variety of board games and puzzles in the unit. The two pools are very pretty, and the lakeside pool is very family friendly. Easily accessible to Flagler Beach, Marineland, and Saint Augustine. We would be very happy to stay in this unit again.

The condo was very nice and was a very short walk to the beach! The community is a gated community that makes you feel extra safe and it is a very nice area! We had 3 small kids and will definitely choose this condo again to stay!
