The 1st level hosts 3 of the bedrooms. One bedroom invites with a Queen suite. The other bedroom calls to relax with 2 Twin Beds. The 3rd bedroom on the ground level has a Bunk Bed, great for kids.
Head out to the private pool or beach walkover from the 1st level as well.

You may take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor, which boasts an open-concept living, dining and kitchen, decorated in crisp whites and modern touches. The true show-stopper is the ocean views. Breathtaking views draw you to the balcony. This is an ideal spot for the whole family to gather and recharge by the sea. The kitchen features a huge island with ample seating and fabulous prep space. Smell the coffee brewing from the kitchen, and effortlessly carry it out to the large deck to sip on while you soak-in the sunrise.
The 2nd Floor also hosts 2 of the bedrooms. One bedroom entices with a King Suite, The other bedroom features Queen Suite.

  It was a great experience, nice home and a great location. The only concern we had, at the checkout, we were asked to start our laundry. Which made us question if we actually slept on clean laundry. Because if guests before us forgot to put the detergent, then laundry possibly was not properly cleaned. Cleaning should be done by professional staff, not by guests.

  Property Management was extremely helpful. The house itself was clean upon arrival. They provided plenty of linen, provided plenty of starter soap, dishwashing tablets and dish soap. This was greatly appreciated as we ended up having to make a 20 hr drive down due to flights being cancelled. The house itself is equipped with most everything you need in an vacation kitchen, they offered two sets of washer and dryers. The space to spread out and multiple floors was nice. We appreciated the elevator and close proximity to the beach (even with the pier for the house under construction) the view alone is priceless. Our (and we know it is personal choice) only issue was not being handicap accessible once in the house like we thought it would be.

  This home was great for the 5 couples that we had on our vacation. There were some remnants of hurricane Ian that impacted our stay, but this was certainly not the fault of the home owner. The home is very nicely equipped to meet most of our needs and we found the layout and space very accommodating for our group of 5 adult couples. The 2 sets of washer/dryer was a plus for sure. The master suite is incredible with breathtaking views of the ocean and the sun rises every day were spectacular! The swimming pool is very nice, but there is no heater and it only gets a few hours of sun per day so it is very cold. However, the proximity to the community pool is just steps away and we found ourselves going to that pool more often. We had no issues during our visit and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

  Conveniently located a few houses over from the cafe and neighborhood pools. Private boardwalk to the ocean. The elevator is kinda slow so not for regular use but perfect for moving luggage up and down. Sunrise view from the master suite is beautiful.

  Overall our stay in early June 2020 was very positive. The house is very new (completed in April 2020) and fresh. The floor plan is ideal for multiple couples / families. The views of the Atlantic Ocean are fantastic all day long. When the sun comes up in the morning the house explodes with light and it's "time to get up and head to the beach". The Cinnamon Beach community is relatively small, very well maintained and beautifully landscaped. Not much traffic and easy to walk most anywhere. The two community pools are very nice, clean and well maintained. Both pools are 2 - 3 doors down the street from the house. The beach is very nice as well. This is not the sugary white sand you'll in the Fla. panhandle....hence the name Cinnamon Beach. The sand color is unique and makes for a nice contrast when looking out into the ocean. Beaches are kept very clean and not very crowded as many of the families seem to gravitate to the two pools. We had a few small issues our first day but Crystal at Cinnamon Beach Vacations was very responsive and was there in just a few hours to take care of our issues. The house has a few flaws that we found very odd for a home of this size. The two bedrooms on the main level are both very nice but both bathrooms are tiny (one person only). The closets are also very small in both bedrooms. There are no towel racks in the main level bathrooms either. We hung our towels over the shower doors. There are no built in soap dishes in any of the showers other than the master on the 3rd level. Crystal was kind enough to bring us portable dishes which we placed on the floor of the showers. There is no light fixture over the main dining room table. Very odd!! Overall, the house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The pool is very clean and well maintained. It's gets the morning sun and shade in the afternoon which is a blessing on most hot Florida afternoons. We would highly recommend this property to any future renters.
