Feel the Atlantic Breezes! This lovely home offers an ideal layout for a family or group of friends. This home features a pool and is located on the lake in the Cinnamon Beach. From Atlantic Breeze you will enjoy the short stroll to the beach and community amenities. Located Near Florida’s scenic A1A Highway allows for convenient trips to restaurants in Flagler Beach and day trips to visit attractions in St Augustine and Daytona.

As soon as you enter this home you are greeted with a sophisticated color pallet to set the stage for a luxury vacation feel. A spacious open concept layout is showcased on the main floor. The pool table opens up to the kitchen, dining and living spaces that flow out to the lanai and pool.

The spectacular kitchen has what you need to create memorable meals during your stay and plenty of space to gather. Additional seating at the kitchen counter is the perfect place to eat a snack before heading to the beach. Also on the 1st level is a half bathroom and convenient laundry room.

There is a lovely master bedroom suite featuring a King Bed and bright master bathroom. The private master bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity.

As you head upstairs, you will find 4 guest bedrooms. 3 of these bedrooms are King Suites. The other bedroom invites with 2 Full beds, great for the kids and extended family. All bedrooms feature HDTVs to fall asleep to your favorite shows. 3 full bathrooms are on this 2nd level.

In the backyard, you can lounge by the heated pool and take in the fresh ocean air. Or fire up the grill while taking in the view of the lake.

When you want to head to the beach, utilize the beach supplies at the home. Take some Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella in the Beach Cart for your short stroll to the beach.

  Our family of 10 stayed for a week. We had kids ranging in age from 1 1/2 to 13 years old. The older ones loved having a pool in the backyard. They also enjoyed playing with the pool table!
  
  Everything was clean and we had no issues. We did ask for a broom and/or vacuum and we had both delivered within a day. We also asked for new pool cue tips and they were also ordered and delivered within 24 hours.
  
  The neighborhood pool and beach access was a little bit of a walk-especially in 90 degree weather. But our home came with a wagon, chairs, beach towels, floats. The wagon definitely helped.
  
  I would definitely recommend staying here.

  We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The pool at the house was great to return to after a hot day on the beach. Home was well furnished and had plenty of chairs for the beach with a wagon. It's a short walk to the beach and they even had beach towels for us. My only small issue was the small quantity of bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes. I went and bought some and left them at the house to help replenish. That was a very minor thing for sure. I would also suggest that the cleaning company be sure to clean the table and chairs on the pool deck between visitors as I think they might have over looked that. Definitely will stay here again it was great.

  We enjoyed the property very much! The house was comfortable and well equipped. It was easy to walk to the beach or community pool and it was close enough to stores and restaurants without being in a touristy area. It was the first time for our family to spend together since our two sons live out of state. They came with their wives and children and we had a wonderful time together, the weather was perfect and we had everything we needed at the house to just hang and enjoy each others company!

  One of the best family vacations. The home was clean,very comfortable in size, and fully stocked with linens, bath and beach towels beyond expectation. The kitchen had every pot,pan, dish,and gadget needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the washer and dryer was a godsend. The pool was ample big for the 11 of us and we loved it being a saltwater pool and heated. It was a short walk to the beach and community pool (which we visited a few times) and the wagon in the garage made it so easy to cart all the beach toys, towels and kids. St.Augustine was a short 30 min away and we went on 2 occassions. One day was to stroll down St. George Street and to visit the Alligator farm. The next day we went just for a few hours to see the Magic show (which I would highly recommend) and to go to the sea glass shop. We swam with doplphins at Marineland which was about 15 min away from the house. The house was perfectly located and the beach was great for shelling, walking and sunbathing. We couldn't have asked for better accomodations. We will definitely rebook!!!

  Beautiful, well maintained home. Very clean. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. Easy access to the beach and pools. Plenty of eating space for a full house. Two recommendations for the owners. 1.) Ceiling fans outdoors over the table would make eating outdoors more comfortable. 2.) I noticed other properties had an extra refrigerator in the garage. This property does not. We cooked several nights and had to go to Publix several times because one refrigerator would not hold all our food and drinks for the week.

  This is a beautiful home. When we arrived everything was clean and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of seating, lots of space for eating meals. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, pots and pans, basic spices. The beds were all so comfortable. The walk to the pool and beach was a tad longer than we had expected but we managed with the wagon that was provided in the garage.
  
  Our biggest disappointment was that the pool was not heated. We were not able to use it because of the cooler weather.

  We had a wonderful stay. We were at the home for a week. The rental was very clean. We did have an ant problem in the kitchen but it was taken care of the next day. Plenty of rooms and baths! I would recommend a window treatment on the window in the downstairs bedroom as the neighbor’s family room looked directly in. The pool was nice! It was so convenient to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

  19 of may family members rented Atlantic Breeze and Endless Summer for our annual vacation. This Is our kids and Grand kids. Fun was had by all. The houses with their private pools were great. We pretty much stayed on the property except for the community pool and beach. Both were close and enjoyed by all.   Everyone in our party of 10 was extremely happy with this house! It was wonderful to sit by the pool and have a direct view of the lake. Beautiful and peaceful. The four king beds were comfortable and perfect for our 3 couples and pre-teen. The children "loved" the beds in the kid's bedroom too. Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. (We brought our own Keurig.) Plenty of seating for dining all in an open area! Very convenient. We recommend Mezzaluna Pizzaria for great Itlaian food!

  Crystal and Scott made me feel comfortable in renting this unit for Bike Week 2020. All guests expectations of Atlantic Breeze and the Cinnamon Beach Community were met 100%. Upon arrival to Atlantic Breeze, the house was very clean and the property description provided about this unit matched perfectly with what our guests saw. The house is decorated tastefully, offering comfortable furniture and new appliances. The Club House area including the pools and grill offered clean amenities with great service. The location of Atlantic Breeze is great because whether you head north or south on A-1-A you have nice views and several fun places to stop along the way to your destination. Our group enjoyed going to St. Augustine, Daytona, Flagler Beach and Ormond Beach. This was a friend’s vacation which this house was great for but it would be ideal for family vacations as well. Please be advised Atlantic Breeze does not offer a heated pool. We had a wonderful vacation. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends and family for future vacation needs.
