The first floor is all about entertainment! It includes a spacious living room with TV, comfortable seating, great for movie nights. Step outside through the sliding doors to your private pool and spa—relax on a lounge chair, take a dip, or listen to the nearby waves. There's also a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and en suite bath. This bathroom is also conveniently accessible from the pool and patio areas.

Head to the second floor. This level showcases the other five bedrooms, including the luxurious master suite with a king-sized bed, oceanfront balcony, and spa-like master bath with a soaker tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the adjacent King bed guest suite with its own balcony. The remaining guest suites feature a queen beds.

Third Floor:
The main living area on the third floor includes a beautiful gourmet kitchen with an island, breakfast bar, and top-of-the-line appliances, perfect for gathering. It features granite countertops, dual ovens, and everything you need for your stay. Dine in the oceanfront dining room with stunning views of the waves on the cinnamon-colored beach. Across from the dining area, the game room offers arcade games, TV, built-in seating, and a wet bar—ideal for kids and adults alike.

  We had such a blast! When my kids got there, they couldn’t believe how gorgeous the house was! They loved the fact that every bedroom had it’s own bathroom! The three flights of stairs were a little rough because the elevator was out. I think the only complaint is that the pool needed cleaning. Other than that, we loved it!

  First off, this was an awesome place for our family gathering. I highly recommend it. A few things to know before you rent, and while these were a bit of a bummer, our experience was excellent. The views were incredible. The access to the beach super close. The top floor is where we spent most of our time as a family. The game room had a door which kept the noise in there. The rest of the top floor is a large room with kitchen. Excellent space for our large group. Second floor is all the bedrooms. First floor is the pool/hot tub access, garage access, laundry, a bed and bath and a bonus room we didn't use much.
  
  - The hot tub heater didn't work for us. The property management was on top of it, but something about the system did not work. Check on its status if that's important to you.
  - There were 2 King beds, 3 doubles and 2 twins. That's a bit different than advertised.
  - While the BBQ is in the pictures, there's a note at the place that it's off limits.
  - In the pictures, it appears that two bedrooms have a private balcony, however it's one shared balcony.

    Hi David, thank you for staying with us and the kind review! The BBQ grill is available for use just not the fire pit as it is a fire hazard with the ocean breezes. The hot tub heater has also been replaced.

  The property is located in a wonderful area. The house is very large with plenty of room for a lot of people. The instructions for the TV's and other electronics were not correct...even the wifi was not correct. The customer service came twice and were very nice and did repair what we needed done. The kitchen was equipped with pots and pans, but no mixing bowels and very limited items for cooks (which we had 4 in our group). The second king size bed had no light bulb in the closet and there were light bulbs over the entire house that were out.
  All in all we liked the house and it has plenty of room for a large group. Location was great.
