The living area boasts a flat screen TV — but the true star of this show is the lake views that are even more magnificent at sunset. Breathtaking décor reminds you that you are just a short walk to the beach. Connected to the dining and living spaces is the kitchen with granite countertops, perfect to prepare the catch of the day. From the artwork to the show-stopping chandelier over the dining table that is reminiscent of a seashell, the calming atmosphere is carried throughout this entire vacation paradise.

In the Master suite, you’ll discover a sensational King Bed that invites you to relax and take in the views gazing out of the window and sliding glass doors to the balcony. The private master ensuite bathroom graces a relaxing blue and features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanities.

The 2nd bedroom presents a grand Queen bed. This bedroom also includes a flat screen TV for entertainment or dozing off. The 2nd full bathroom is nearby and just across the hall is the 3rd bedroom. This guest bedroom displays an ocean theme, 2 Twin beds, and a TV for enjoyment.

Off of the main living space is a lovely lanai with multiple seating options for further relaxation. This is a perfect place to gawk at the sunset views and to decompress after a long day at the Cinnamon Beach clubhouse, pools and beach.

  Condo was just right for our family vacation. We love spending our beach vacation at Cinnamon Beach. Very comfortable and had all the essentials.
  We usually stay on the Oceanside but decided to try the lakeside this year. It’s difficult to say one location is better than the other. Of course, we love all the amenities!

  Nice quite complex to relax by the beach or pool. We did not use the kid pool but if we had smaller children it would be a nice pool to hang out by all day. We took 2 day trips to St. Augustine and Flagler from this location and not that far to go on A1. Condo was clean and within walking distance to the beach access (2min) and pool (5 min). You can drive down and park by the pool it you would like to do that instead. When we stayed we cooked in most nights and found we had everything we needed to cook with, expect pot holders:) It does have an electric grill on the deck which was nice. Would stay here again.

  The property was clean and well maintained. It was easy to walk to the pools and beach from the condo. A short drive to St. Augustine for day trips and many restaurants in close proximity.

  We really enjoyed the condo. It was in a great location and the uunit itself was well appointed. I appreciated the starter TP, paper towels and Kleenex. There were plenty of bath towels and the sheets on the beds were very soft. We vacationed over Christmas and it was too chilly to use all of the nice beach chairs and gear stored in the bedroom closet.

  This was a beautiful condo. Very spacious, very comfortable and homey. Great balcony with a serene view of the ponds in the neighborhood. Balcony furniture was very comfortable as well. It was also nice having an ample supply of bath and beach towels. A few minor complaints, it would be nice to have a small supply of basics like dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, salt, pepper, sugar, foil, plastic wrap, etc. For a stay that only lasted a few days we didn't appreciate having to buy these basics. Also, the kitchen did not a have any knives for cooking, only a set of steak knives. Last, there was only one beach chair. We would rather had none or a supply adequate for the household (4-6). Overall a great stay, we would stay here again!

  We had a great time! Plenty of lounge chairs at both pools and the private beach was beautiful. We enjoyed the wildlife sounds in the pond off our deck at night as well as seeing the gators,turtles,various birds and fish swimming around.

  Found this little gem as a last minute rental to stay in while attending continuing education classes. The unit was large and we had plenty of room. The covered balcony was a plus and the view of the pond was relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.
