The kitchen is stocked so you can enjoy cooking your favorites during your getaway. Open to the dining area allows for meals to be easily served. In the living room watch your favorite movies and catch views of the waves.

  Overall, our experience was excellent. When we arrived, there was no air conditioning, and the ice maker did not work. The air conditioner was fixed immediately after our complaint. The handy man tried on two occasions to fix the ice maker, but we had to resort to buying ice since the attempts at fixing the problem were not successful. We would happily stay in this condo again, and we would recommend this condo to our friends!

  Excellent choice for our special event. The out of towners had adequate accommodations for the weekend. We had room for my son,wife and newborn to visit and eat numerous times. The condo was clean and had easy access to publix for food etc. Much better idea than a hotel. Beautiful view. Will definitely consider this again. Wish I had longer to stay.

  This was the first time we'd rented on the fifth floor and we were awestruck by the amazing views and extra large balcony. If the shades on the sliders were replaced by drapes, the threadbare carpet on the balcony removed and the floor painted, and more large mixing bowls and baking pans added, this unit would be five stars for condition.

  The process of renting this condo was very easy with great communication from the management company. The condo itself is clean and very comfortable with convenient beach access. The only negative which really has nothing to do with the condo are all the large rocks on shore and in the ocean. It was too dangerous to actually go in the ocean and for the kids to boogie board.

  Excellent location, private access to the beach and the pool were exactly what our family needed. Only problem, was the initial cleanliness was not the greatest. All the towels had a stench of previous cleaning chemicals (probably got washed without soap) and stinked. We just rewashed them again with new detergent and it was all good. In fairness to the management company, we didnt complain or bother them with it.. Was easier to just take care of it.. REst of the vacation was phenomenal.

  What a great vacation! My wife and I and our 3 month old spent a wonderful week here. Beautiful condo, great resort, and gorgeous views. Everything about this place is awesome. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores, you are right on the beach, the place is very clean and comfy, quiet and peaceful, and just what the doctor ordered for 2 new parents. Parking and elevators are so convenient. The management company covers all their bases and are so sharp and helpful. There was literally no down side to anything. We will be back very soon to this exact same unit...why mess with perfection!?

  Our only complaint was the upstairs neighbors - very loud stomping feet - up until after midnight! We joked they were practicing for River Dance!

  We had a fabulous time! The property was clean and well-stocked. The view was amazing and we had perfect weather the entire time. We took advantage of all of the amenities, including both pools and the gym. We called the property manager with a minor issue with the trash disposal and someone was out within an hour to take a look at it, decided it needed to be replaced, which was taken care of the very next day. The binder left in the kitchen was very helpful, with lots of information about the unit and resort itself, as well as local restaurants and things to do. It was a pleasure renting through Cinnamon Beach Vacations, and we will certainly do so again in the near future.
