Whether you have a large group or a small one, this newly decorated jewel is going to be a hit! Its location is perfect: adjacent to Cinnamon Beach Lake and steps away from the ocean, clubhouse, and all other amenities. Pearl Cottage is in a lovely, gated community, where you’ll find everything, you need to enjoy your dream vacation.

Although we call this jewel a “cottage” due to its cozy décor, you’ll find it’s plenty big (3,090 sq ft) and welcoming with 5 bedrooms and 6 baths. Although, it has multiple gathering spaces for your whole party, it’s also big enough to find a solo quiet space for peaceful relaxation.

The main living area is located on the 1st level with an open concept kitchen, living and dining spaces. The kitchen is the perfect space to cook your favorite meals. The kitchen island has plenty of additional seating, great for a quick breakfast before hitting the beach. On the 1st level, you will also find a peaceful King Master Suite and Master Bath. The ground level has a convenient Half Bath and Laundry Room.

When you head upstairs, you’ll find a second King Master Suite, along with its en-suite full bath. The 2nd level also houses two Queen Bedrooms, one with an en-suite full bath, the other with a full bath just across the hall. You’ll also find a twin bedroom with capabilities to convert to a king and a full bath right next to it. Pearl Cottage has so much to offer. The 2nd Floor also has it's own living space with a sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping option.

Just outside the back door awaits a gorgeous private pool adjacent to the lake with ample seating for poolside gatherings or a cozy evening with friends and family.

    We had a fantastic family vacation in Pearl Cottage over Thanksgiving 2023! We were 6 adults, 2 children, and 2 dogs. The amenities were absolutely wonderful-the owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable easy, and fun. There were even great board games provided. The pool was amazing to have for the kids and there were even pool toys. All-in-all, we had an awesome experience and would highly recommend Pearl Cottage.

    We absolutely loved Pearl Cottage. Beautiful home. We did not want to leave. The only issue we had is that we were not able to swim in the ocean due to all the large rocks. However we did enjoy crescent beach. I would highly recommend this property.

    Great week in Cinnamon Beach in Pearl Cottage. The house has all the amenities one would want - games, beach chairs, kitchenware, pool, large garage and added parking in driveway, etc. Nice view of lake in back. A very short walk to the clubhouse with all its amenities, very short walk to "quiet pool" and ocean beach. Miles of beach walking area. Great bicycle and hiking trails. Free pickleball courts 10 minutes away by car. House much larger inside than we expected. Good casual restaurants within easy drive. Publix 5 minute drive away.

    Excellent house for our family gathering - our three grown kids (plus spouses) and our 2 grandchildren - fit comfortably in this well furnished house. Small pool backing onto a beautiful pond/lake (complete with daily appearances by a couple of small gators, a pair of otters and numerous beautiful birds) kept everyone's attention when we were not otherwise occupied at the beach or one of the two resort pools (one for families, one for adults) - all of which was a short walk (2-5 minutes even if you walk slowly). Staff was very responsive to our two very small issues - a request to turn down the thermostat by a couple of degrees (done over the phone) and dealing with some wasps intent on building their nest in the back near the pool (sent someone over to eradicate the problem in less than a half hour). Highly recommend this house and the company.

    My family of six adults and two children booked Coastal Breeze after having to cancel at Englewood Beach due to Red Tide. The grandchildren LOVED the pools - one private pool right in the back of the house that they spent many evenings and mornings playing in, one quiet, beautiful pool in front of the ocean, more geared toward adults, and one pool filled with families of all ages enjoying their time together. The family pool also has a very pretty little water area perfect for younger children to play in that our three year old grand daughter loved. The house had ample pots, pans, and dishes for a group our size that prefers cooking to going out to eat every day. We did venture into Saint Augustine to explore one rainy day and the grandkids loved going to The St. Augustine Pirate and Treasure Museum, (although the 3 year old thought it was too scary). They also enjoyed petting and feeding the dolphins at Marineland and our dinners at the Flagler Fish Company were delicious the night we all went out. There was plenty of room for everyone and the beds and bed linens were comfortable. There was obvious attention to detail as there were extra beach towels, beach toys, and even a cooler for our use. Our one concern, having nothing to do with Coastal Breeze, was that there were large rocks in the water at the beach and you couldn't see them except at low tide. Our six year old grandson loves to boogie board and this was a bit dangerous until we determined where the rocks were located and were able to avoid them. It's a great neighborhood and we hated to pack up when it was time to leave.

From kitchen utensils & small appliances to boxes of tissues in the bathrooms (that was a first)! The house was absolutely beautiful. The location was great too. Easy 3 minute walk to the beach, shopping within 5-10 minute drive. Only a 30 minute drive to St. Augustine, lots of sight seeing there! We had an awesome family vacation and highly recommend Coastal Breeze.
