400 Cinnamon Beach Way #364

You will fall in love with the amazing ocean and golf course views offered at unit 364. The spacious and pet friendly unit is impeccably maintained with new owners that have updated the furniture and décor. The desirable top floor location adds privacy and enhances the amazing views. The large, covered balcony looks out over the 8th green of the pristine Jack Nicklaus Signature Ocean Course, as well as the breath-taking Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a family meal, watch the dolphins, enjoy your morning coffee or a nightcap.

The master bedroom features a comfy king bed with a sliding door allowing access to the balcony. An armchair for reading and ample closet/dresser space finishes up the room. The huge master bathroom has mirrors throughout, a double split vanity, separate tiled shower, and soaking tub.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, each with a comfy Queen and two twin beds respectfully, complete this jewel. Beach chairs and towels are provided within the unit. There is also a large queen size portable bed with bedding provided allowing extra guests to stay, as well as portable crib and highchair.

The fully equipped open kitchen with granite throughout is a pleasure to work in with terrific ocean views as you cook up light snacks or family feasts. The dining table, also with a tremendous view of the ocean, provides seating for up to 8. A luxurious place to enjoy a family meal, play games or have a quiet dinner for two.
The living room is spacious with ample seating. The comfy couch and love seat offer a terrific place to read a book while still enjoying the ocean view and sound of the surf. Spend time with the family watching TV or playing games (assortment provided). The unit has soaring ceilings adding to the airy and open feeling of the condo.

This unit includes a washer and dryer and has a full second bath located conveniently near the second and third bedrooms. WIFI, telephone and cable services are provided to help you enjoy your stay. The unit also has a central air system and ceiling fans. Our management team is fantastic and are available 24/7 to help.

Unit 364 is in building 400 with the beach a 1- 2-minute stroll away. Our beach is ideal for swimming, walking/running and seashell hunting. You and your family can spend time relaxing, building sandcastles and playing in the surf, or take time for a romantic stroll along the shore.

Family-friendly and impeccably maintained, the Cinnamon Beach condo complex has activities for everyone in your party. Two heated pools, one with zero impact slope, a kids' water park, complete with kiddie pool and a playground, a heated Jacuzzi spa and fitness center. Teens love our game rooms and fitness center in our clubhouse. The Clubhouse has a snack bar and a Café style restaurant/bar.   We had an amazing vacation stay at Unit 364, 400 Cinnamon Beach Way! The location couldn't have been better, offering breathtaking views. The unit itself was incredibly spacious and comfortably accommodated six adults and our furry friend. We were delighted to find the kitchen fully stocked with all the necessary appliances, dishes, flatware, and utensils, making food preparation and dining a breeze.
  
  Cleanliness was a top priority, and we were thrilled to discover that the unit was spotless upon our arrival. The living room TV was not only nice, but also generously sized, as were the other TVs scattered throughout the unit, ensuring entertainment for everyone. However, the true highlight was the balcony, which provided us with stunning vistas of the beach and the adjacent golf course.
  
  The proximity of the community pool was a bonus, allowing us to take refreshing dips whenever we desired. Additionally, the well-maintained sidewalks throughout the community were perfect for leisurely strolls and invigorating runs, adding to the overall appeal of the location.
  
  We are already making plans to return, and we wholeheartedly recommend Unit 364 and its fantastic location to our friends and family. Don't miss out on this wonderful vacation experience!

  Great location, lots of board games inside the condo which was great. Kitchen was well equipped and lots of linens too.   My wife, daughter, and Shi Tsu (Zac) spent a week at this condo, and had a great time. The views of the beach and golf course were fabulous, just like the photos on the web-site. The condo was clean, well furnished, and just the right size for the three of us. We had an issue with a clogged drain in the kitchen when we first arrived, the maintenance man was there promptly on Monday morning to clear the drain, he was a super nice guy! The beach and pool areas were both a short walk away, and the overall condition of the complex was great! We had a great time, and would definitely recommend to friends and family! overall 4 1/2 stars!

  Great location and view. The unit is nice, but could use some attention. For example, the screen door to the balcony was bent and wouldn't slide; the commode in BR 2 ran frequently and had something wrong with its handle; 2 burned out lightbulbs in the master bath; refrigerator door made a loud banging noise when opening or shutting it. The kitchen sinks backed up on the last night of our stay. We tried to clear them, but were unable. We called the management company, and they were going to take care of it after we checked out next day.

  We had a great time in this condo and on this beach! The rental agency is TOP NOTCH, and delivered to us probably the best vacation rental experience we've ever had. Everything was presented in perfect order from the minute I booked online. A few days into our stay, the A/C went out in our condo, and they moved us to another one (this unit, #364) within an hour! Such great customer service.
  Unit #364 had a great view and was off the beaten path of the way to the pool, so it was quiet and there was never a wait for the elevator. The condo is spacious and perfectly set up for a young family. We have twin two-year-old boys, but this wasn't a problem with how open the floor plan is, and how rugged the furniture and flooring are :)! The place was stocked with everything you could want in terms of kitchenware AND it had a ton of beach stuff, from chairs to toys to pool noodles! I cannot recommend a stay with Cinnamon Beach Vacations more highly. We will back next year for sure!

  I would recommend that the dryer be inspected. It seemed to take an excessive amount of time for our clothes to dry.
