You will fall in love with this direct oceanfront beauty in Cinnamon Beach! Being impeccably maintained, the unit and its furnishings are in exceptional condition. Its location on the 4th floor is a stone’s throw away from a beach access walkway and provides an optimum experience for ocean viewing, surf listening, or watching daytime beach activities. It is also within the second closest Cinnamon Beach oceanfront condo building to the recreation/pools center.

Unit 742 is one of the larger floor plans (1682 sq. ft.) in the community, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Heating and air conditioning adjustments are within the unit, and WiFi (about 25 Mbps) is included throughout. The living room and all bedrooms have ceiling fans, DVD players (Blu-ray in two of the rooms), cable, and new flat screen TVs (including a 50” 4K UHD). Also included is a shelf full of family-friendly DVDs; you can watch high-def movies while relaxing on the living room’s two comfortable leather 7 foot wide sofas.

The master bedroom features a private slider with access to the large 228 sq ft oceanfront balcony, which is covered and has very sturdy rails about 42 inches high. The huge master bathroom has mirrors throughout, double split vanity, dual-head tiled shower and soaking tub!

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, with a Queen and two twin beds respectfully, complete this jewel. For fun on the beach, toys, chairs and towels are even provided in the 3rd bedroom’s closet!

The fully stocked open kitchen with granite throughout invites with terrific ocean views as you cook up meals or gather around the bar. The large, heavy wood dining table also has a great unobstructed ocean view.
Doing laundry is no problem since this unit includes a large washer and dryer!

Security is outstanding. The entrance road to the Cinnamon Beach condos is double-gated, one with a 24 hr guard. Access to CB 742 from the building’s basement garage is either via stairway or elevator.

Family-friendly and impeccably maintained, the Cinnamon Beach condo complex inside the gated Ocean Hammock Resort has activities for everyone in your party. In addition to the oceanside pool, there is a second, heated pool with a zero impact slope.

A kids' water park, complete with kiddie pool and playground equipment, keeps the littlest ones entertained, while a heated Jacuzzi spa and fitness center please their parents. Older children and teens love the game rooms in our clubhouse, offering everything from foosball to billiards.

The city of Palm Coast is home to countless golf courses, nature trails and parks, endless waterways, and a relaxing lifestyle that is second to none. The nation's oldest city, St. Augustine, lies just to the north, and world-famous attractions in Orlando are just over an hour away.

  I have stayed at many condos on different beaches but I will have to say our stay at Cinnamon Beach Condo #742 was the best!! It was as if the owners had anticipated all our needs and they were met with style! The lanai was perfect with chairs and lounges that were comfortable and the ocean front view was fantastic!. The entire condo was spotless, the beds were comfortable as were the rest of the furnishings, and the kitchen was equiped with whatever you would need to cook any meal. The location was great. The walkway to the beach was right beside the our building. We would definetly stay here again and will tell all our friends about this condo. If you are looking for a comfortable 3 bedroom condo in a perfect beach front location, then do your self a favor and rent this one.

  742 is lovely, well decorated with comfortable furnishings...very clean, well equipped,and well maintained. From the soothing sound of the surf to the spectacular ocean views, this condo is a wonderful vacation spot...truly enjoyable.
  Scott was great with the booking...very professional, provided excellent instructions.
  Only criticism is as others have said,there should be a scanner at the resident side gate for those who have already checked in so we didn't have to wait for the prolonged new check in line every time we left and returned to the would also be nice if there was a way to have at least one golf game at the Hammock Beach Resort!

  Had a great time! Beautiful place. Owner was very helpful as was staff when wifi went down. I saw one other review complain about the rocky beach area. There were rocks, but only in a small strip and easily visible when the tide was down. Loved the boogie boards that were in the unit and appreciated the beach towels.

  This condo was huge and spacious! I couldn't believe how large the back porch was. The condo has direct access to a beautiful private beach. Having three kids, it was nice to have a full washer and dryer in the unit. Also, there is an excellent Grill and bar located next to one of the pools (it was delicious and it wasn't expensive). I would definitely stay here again!

  We traveled to Cinnamon Beach in February to find the quiet coast very pleasant and comfortable. The family pool was only partially open with the splash park closed. The resort is impeccably kept and very safe.

  This is a beautiful unit with a fantastic view of the ocean from a nicely furnished balcony. The whole unit is very well appointed with high end furnishings, bedrooms and a great kitchen with everything you need to cook a yummy meal. As a chef, I appreciate that there are good pots and pans, appliances and serving vessels. The dishes and glassware are not the typical run of the mill condo hodgepodge. There is a matching set of good quality dishware and stemware, like the ones you would have at home. The owners have certainly thought of everything to make your stay a nice one.
