This unit aims to please with its spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom layout and beautiful views and large balcony to enjoy.

Entering the condo, the many windows let the natural light pour into the space. The open floor plan feels spacious for everyone to gather together. The granite kitchen also has a breakfast nook for delicious morning coffee. Brew your morning coffee in the Drip Coffee Maker. This unit is complete with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking up the day's catch or hit up one of the many oceanside restaurants in our area.

The King Master suite invites with a picture window overlooking the golf course and ocean complete with TV, plush king bed, double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub.

The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed and an ensuite full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds and TV. The 3rd full bathroom is conveniently across the hall from the 3rd bedroom.

The laundry room is a great space to store your beach accessories.

Off of the main living space is a grand balcony with a dining table and additional seating for further relaxation. This is a perfect place to decompress after a long day at the Cinnamon Beach pools and beach.   The unit was very spacious and accommodating for our family of 5. We all had plenty of space, and the furnishings were more than adequate. We were very pleased with the access to games and books. The balcony was very well furnished with comfortable seating. Everyone really appreciated having three full baths. My only suggestion is to consider putting ceiling fans with lights in the bedrooms. The lighting in the bedrooms wasn’t adequate at night of if curtains were drawn during the day. Overall an amazing rental.

  Unit 345 was as described in listing, it was very clean and well maintained including plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking. the golf course and ocean view from patio is wonderful for relaxing and the beach is very laid back and not crowdwd.The property manager was available for battery change in smoke detector within 15 minutes and very apoligetic for the inconvenience.I would recommend this property and Cinnamon Beach Vacations to friends and family.The ride to St Augustine and Flagler Beach is close and convenient with plenty to do and lots of restaurants to enjoy as well as the local resaurants in the Hammock Beach area.

  Beware of the big rocks/ reef in the ocean. You have to go a ways to get away from them. It really hindered our time in the ocean. Pool is awesome!
  You have to pay a $2 toll to cross a bridge every time you leave the condo to go into town. We tried to find a way around it. No one told us and not in any reviews that I read.

  This is a great condo with golf course and partial ocean view. The condo is well equipped kitchen-wise and close to the beach and pool/rec center. The condo was very clean upon arrival and the reservation process was simple and easy. There are 3 large bedrooms and a nice dining area. The patio has a dining table and is shaded in the evening so that you can see the ocean as you dine. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the area around the Condo. There is one glaring issue that should get fixed before someone is hurt and that is the outside guard rails on the patio are loose. We knew because someone else mentioned this in the review. Hopefully, this will be fixed because it's a long way down if someone leans on the rail and it breaks.

  We had a wonderful time at this property. The unit is very large and the home is very comfortable. The view of the ocean is visible from two sides of the unit, along with the golf course. The walk to the beach is 2 minutes and is visited only by other vacationers and residences in the neighborhood. The pools are a 5 minute walk from the unit and was enjoyable. I also liked that there was one covered parking spot available for us. We will def be back!

  We stayed in unit 345 in Bldg 400 at Cinnamon Beach. It was myself, my husband, our son, my sister and her 2 6 people total. The unit was very nice and had a great view of the golf course and ocean. Chris Gallo, the property manager for our unit, went out of his way to help us when we couldn't find any instructions on how to work the TVs in the bedrooms. It was the 4th of July and he came over and got everything working. He was very responsive and nice. This building is very close to the there was no issue there even though it was not directly oceanfront. We would definitely go again. The only constructive criticism we have is that the beds could use some new linens as they were getting a little worn. But overall, very clean and comfortable unit.
