  So much to say about this rental! Its beautiful! The ocean view is so refreshing and calming, the golf course is fun to watch and makes you want to go play. The ocean walkway is right there by the building. You couldnt get much closer. Unit 435 is just gorgeous. Plenty of room for all of us, 4 adults, 2 kids and a big dog. Three nice bedrooms and 3 nice baths. Well stocked and equipped with everything you need. The kids enjoyed the pools and the game room along with the beach.Everyone we ran into was very nice and the rental company was fantastic. Flagler beach is a short ride south and St Augustine a short ride north. We had such a nice time would definitely stay here again! Thank you 😊

  What a wonderful two weeks at unit 435! The view of the ocean and golf course were stunning. We sat out every day and night on the lanai to just sit and enjoy. The condo itself was delightful. The decor was tastefully eclectic, and comfortable. The unit was very clean and was well stocked with more than enough dishes, pots, pans and utensils. The exterior was well maintained by grounds crew and maintenance. The customer service was quick to resolve one issue with the internet and Spectrum. The only negative is that we had to leave!

  This so far is the best Condo we have rented in this area. The view is spectacular. The beds are very comfortable. I love the safety of the area. If there was anything I would fix, it would be the glass door to the balcony. Very hard to move.

  This was a beautiful experience for our three adult children and my husband and me! The unit is very well stocked for a family and very comfortable and beautiful!
  
  The views are simply fantastic and just down the stairs is the walkway over to the beach! The beach was not crowded it was lovely!
  
  We chose the Atlantic this time because we want to bigger waves and we enjoyed the boogie boarding so much! Be sure to bring water shoes where is there is some coral right at the beginning of the shore. One day I even found a natural tub to sit in made of coral rocks!

  The views from this condo are spectacular and we spent a lot of time on the patio enjoying them. The patio needs more furniture. There are only 2 high tops (with a table) and 2 lounge chairs so not enough seating for a 3 bed/3 bath condo. The property grounds were well maintained and beautiful. The condo had a musty smell and could use a DEEP cleaning, and some of the furniture needs to be replaced/cleaned. Overall, we had a great stay.

  The location of the property is excellent (for us) and the view of the ocean from this unit is spectacular. That being said, the general cleanliness was ok.....seemed very dusty, as if no one had stayed there for a while. The living room furniture could use and upgrade.....I had to turn the cushions on a couple chairs around as there were unsightly stains/spots. The owners should invest in additional outdoor furniture. If you had 6 adults staying in the unit, there are only two chairs and a small table to sit at/eat at. Hopefully we left the place in better shape than when we arrived.

  Condo was very nice, the goose down couch was very comfortable. View from the balcony was awesome. Balcony could have used the ceiling fans from the pictures. They were gone. Master bath is massive. Word of caution for parents of young children. There are large rocks on the beach and in the ocean in front of the condo. You will go from waist deep to shoulder deep in two steps. Overall we had a great stay, this condo is top notch.

  The condo has a great location overlooking the beach and golf course. The layout was great and the beds very comfortable. The condo is on the 3rd floor right next to a beach walkover which makes it very convenient to get to the beach or return back for lunch. Being a party of 8, the seating was a bit difficult as several chairs were broken. We had a problem with a door handle and the rental company came right out within an hour to solve the problem. They were very helpful and attentive during the entire stay. I would give a 5 star except for the broken chairs. The balcony needs more seating as well. If the owner would invest in updating the furniture, this would be a 5-star rental.
