The Queen Bedroom Suite with private full bath is located on the 2nd level with ocean views! Just down the hall, you will find another King Master Suite with breathtaking panoramic lake views, dazzling Master Bath with walk-in shower.

The 3rd level is Serendipity's main living space. Gorgeous granite, 42" cabinetry, island cooking space with ocean views exemplify the chef's kitchen. The picture windows throughout the great room allows for natural sunlight and exquisite sunsets over the lake as another day settles in Cinnamon Beach.   A very nice house, which is dedicated to the Father of a family, who obviously lived there personally before his death. The House is appr 20 year old and more or less in good shape. It has 4 sleeping rooms and is suitable for up to 8 persons. We have been 2 persons, so it felt a little bit oversized.

  We loved Cinnamon Beach Resort. Loved everything about the area. So clean and cared for. Serendipity was a beautiful home. Nicely decorated. We loved the stocked garage of pool floats, beach chairs and boogie boards, and bikes. Such care to provide these items. Have the 2nd fridge/freezer in the garage helped so much. The beds were comfortable as was all the furniture choices.
  There was not towels in one of the bathrooms, so we bought some from Walmart. The kitchen was missing some normal cooking items - mixing spoons, kitchen towels, platters. We picked these items up at Walmart. Other than that, we loved it!

  We spent a week at this rental and really enjoyed it. The layout of this 4 bedroom/4 full bath allowed for everyone to have their own private space. The elevator made transporting luggage, groceries and the occasional shopping spree easy. Although the beach was within walking distance, we spent most of our days in the pool, which was very private. The house was clean and well equipped with all essentials. We can’t wait to return!

  This neighborhood and this house were just what we needed to get away and rejuvenate. The beaches here are not crowded like other beaches so I love and hate to give this review because I want to keep it that way. We stayed at the house for 10 magical days and neither of our two families wanted to leave. There were tears in our eyes as we drove back home.
  The house and the pool were perfect and I loved how private the pool was being on the corner lot. The elevator is super helpful in getting grocery’s and stuff all the way upstairs.
  We will definitely be back at this beach and this property next year!

  This was our second year renting Serendipity. The home is very spacious and works great for us with 3 master suites and a 4th bedroom for the kids. The price is reasonable and it is an easy walk to the beach. The beach is never crowded since it is in a private gated community. Coming home to a private pool at the end of a hot day on the beach is great. The elevator is a welcome edition, especially when moving in and out and for bringing up groceries. Cinnamon Beach Vacations has always been very responsive to our needs.

  The house is absolutely stunning. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, including a wine fridge. The elevator also proved to be very useful. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. I hosted a family reunion and heard nothing but praise regarding the house. The neighborhood is also very quiet and private and it was a very short walk to the beach. My husband and I would love to rent this house again!

  Our families converged from all parts of the world-with most of them being beautiful and serene themselves. However, our reunion was planned for a week in the Serendipity home located on Cinnamon Beach, Palm Coast, Florida. A location even our Floridian family had never heard of. Much to our surprise Cinnamon Beach exceeded all of our expectations! The four-bedroom six bathroom, three levels home was fabulous. The five outdoor area patios provided plenty of space to come together in conversation , escape in solitude, and of course cheer and laughter. Having a pool right at the home was certainly an added bonus for everyone. The convenience of having the beach only steps away was also appreciated for both the young and old. Our journeys away from the home where made simple and short by the location in of it's self. Saint Augustine, Flagler Beach, and of course Publix grocery store all just minutes away.
  
  The home itself was decorated beautifully, the beds very comfortable and the air-conditioning glorious! One hiccup upon arrival (the elevator was not operational) was quickly addressed by the management staff within only a few hours. If there's one thing I would give constructive criticism about --it would be the lack of a recycling container and possibly a second trash can --as when large families come together both are a necessity.

  Our family of 6 adults and 4 children loved this vacation rental and location. The pool and spa at the house were used constantly. The 3 master bedrooms were perfect. Scott Massey at Cinnamon Vacation Rentals was a pleasure to work with and property managers Chris and John were extremely responsive to our needs. I was concerned with all of the stairs but was thrilled to discover there is an elevator which I didn't see noted in the property description. It is only a short walk to the beach. Nothing is crowded which we loved. We are considering returning next year.

  What a beautiful home! It is laid out so that everyone has privacy and yet there are plenty of group areas. There are beautiful views from every window (although not oceanfront). We were a short walk from the beach and community pools. We were close to reasonable golf and shopping. We had several problems that the staff addressed immediately. The Palm Coast area is gorgeous, we will be back!
