Enter this 3rd floor unit with beach inspired artwork throughout and you will feel like your vacation has immediately begun. The ocean calls you through the open-concept kitchen, dining and living rooms right out to the beautiful balcony. The bright kitchen invites you to cook up everyone’s favorite meals to enjoy at the dining table or at the additional seating at the kitchen counter. The whole family can gather in the living room to watch an entertaining movie or watch the mesmerizing waves out the windows.

The master suite invites with a King bed and picturesque window peering out to a serene ocean and golf view. This master suite includes a private ensuite bathroom. A walk-in shower, separate soaking tub and double vanities are showcased in the master bathroom.

The 2nd bedroom boasts a Queen Bed. The 3rd bedroom showcases 2 Twin Beds. All of the unit’s bedrooms include a TV to fall asleep to your favorite shows. The living room also has a sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping option for guests.

  Our unit was relatively clean and maintained. We didn’t mind doing a bit of housekeeping. It wasn’t clear as to how involved the property management company would be concerning maintenance (light bulbs,tv remotes,appliances) however, we were too busy to ask. The beach chairs,umbrellas and pool toys were not advertised for availability, we found them in a front bedroom closet on day three. All in all, a very good vacation spot, next time we’ll ask more questions of management!

  The condo was very accommodating for our family of five. I was very impressed with all the kitchen supplies for cooking meals (had a slow cooker). Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The views are picture perfect, and the condo was awesome. The only suggestions I would make are: please consider cleaning out the closet space in the twin bedroom, it’s not usable. Please consider getting a larger trash can for the kitchen. Please consider large beach items such as chairs to be stored on the balcony. The space in the entry isn’t large enough for 5 beach chairs and beach tent.

  My daughters, their children and I had a great week. There were only 2 things we had complaints about. #1 I wish we had been informed about the condition of the beach.   We very much enjoyed out stay in #233. It was clean, bright, and had plenty of space. We were a party of 5, and up to 6 for the last couple days. The kitchen could have had a few more pots and pans as we cooked most nights, but we made due with what was there. There were more beach "toys" than expected. The couch sleeper wasn't very comfortable, but was better than the floor. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, a nice stay.

  The rental and rental company were very accommodating. The view is nice. There is a nice King size bed and has most of what you need for an extended stay. The location is not as far from the beach or pool as they seem. The Cinnamon Beach rentals are far better than anything in St. Augustine. It's a great place to rent and enjoy the beach and still be close enough to visit the historic sites St. Augustine has to offer.
