Introducing Hawks Cove at Cinnamon Beach- a sensational oceanfront pool home with more than enough room for the whole family! This beautiful home features three luxurious living levels and 5,000 square feet of comfort living space under air.

Hawks Cove is a six-bedroom / six-bathroom, an air-conditioned home that sleeps up to fourteen when the sleeper sofa is put to use.

The ground level features a spacious entertainment room/living with HDTV and lots of comfortable furniture for watching your favorite shows or a movie on the DVD Blu-Ray player. Gather 'round the bar, enjoy a cold drink and watch your favorite team on the big screen TV, or pass the time playing a vintage video game. But don't spend all your time inside- open up the sliders and head out to your own private pool with spa! Soak up the sun in a comfortable lounge chair, take a refreshing dip in the water, or just kick back and listen to the waves crashing in just yards away. Whatever your pleasure, the ground level at Hawks Cove is all about having fun! There is also a guest bedroom on the ground floor w/queen bed and full bath en suite.

On the second floor, you'll find the other 5 bedrooms, including the plush master suite w/ king-sized bed and oceanfront balcony! Watch the sun rise over the Atlantic each morning! The master bathroom is a lavish spa-like room with soaker tub, walk-in shower and huge vanity with dual sinks.

There is queen bed guest suite adjacent to the master that has direct oceanfront views and a balcony as well! The other 3 guest suites on this floor have a king bed, full bed, and two twin beds, respectively.
Each bedroom has its own HDTV and private bathroom! There’s also free Internet throughout the house.

Hawks Cove’s wide-open main living area is on the third floor. This level is features a beautiful gourmet kitchen with island and breakfast bar that is the perfect spot for your guests to congregate. You’ll find top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, dual ovens and sinks, a large cooktop and all the utensils, dishes and glasses you'll need. The oceanfront dining room is straight out of your dreams- enjoy your meals while watching the waves crash in on the cinnamon-colored beach!

On the opposite side of this floor is a really cool game room where the kids can play arcade games, watch TV, or just hang out. Built-in seating and a wet bar make this a spot everyone can enjoy!

  We had such a blast! When my kids got there, they couldn’t believe how gorgeous the house was! They loved the fact that every bedroom had it’s own bathroom! The three flights of stairs were a little rough because the elevator was out. I think the only complaint is that the pool needed cleaning. Other than that, we loved it!

  First off, this was an awesome place for our family gathering. I highly recommend it. A few things to know before you rent, and while these were a bit of a bummer, our experience was excellent. The views were incredible. The access to the beach super close. The top floor is where we spent most of our time as a family. The game room had a door which kept the noise in there. The rest of the top floor is a large room with kitchen. Excellent space for our large group. Second floor is all the bedrooms. First floor is the pool/hot tub access, garage access, laundry, a bed and bath and a bonus room we didn't use much.
  
  - The hot tub heater didn't work for us. The property management was on top of it, but something about the system did not work. Check on its status if that's important to you.
  - There were 2 King beds, 3 doubles and 2 twins. That's a bit different than advertised.
  - While the BBQ is in the pictures, there's a note at the place that it's off limits.
  - In the pictures, it appears that two bedrooms have a private balcony, however it's one shared balcony.

    Hi David, thank you for staying with us and the kind review! The BBQ grill is available for use just not the fire pit as it is a fire hazard with the ocean breezes. The hot tub heater has also been replaced.

  The property is located in a wonderful area. The house is very large with plenty of room for a lot of people. The instructions for the TV's and other electronics were not correct...even the wifi was not correct. The customer service came twice and were very nice and did repair what we needed done. The kitchen was equipped with pots and pans, but no mixing bowels and very limited items for cooks (which we had 4 in our group). The second king size bed had no light bulb in the closet and there were light bulbs over the entire house that were out.
  All in all we liked the house and it has plenty of room for a large group. Location was great.
